Fill it with a small amount of water, cook and grind in a blender. Beat the egg yolk with 1 tsp of flour, add the mixture to the vegetable broth in a thin stream and bring to a boil. Then we combine the resulting mass with the mashed turnip and cook it for a few more minutes. Meanwhile, grate a small apple and add it to the boiling soup.
