A simple chicken breast recipe

Well-cooked chicken meat retains all the beneficial elements. Some recipes use whipped proteins. Following these recipes, the fillet should be left in the egg for 2-3 hours. Then fry it.

Another of the secrets of juicy meat is marinade. To prepare it, you need the following products:

  • lemon juice – 2 st. l .;
  • onion – 1 pcs .;
  • garlic – 1,5-2 heads;
  • salt – 2 tsp;
  • vegetable oil – 100 ml.;
  • ready-made chicken seasoning – 50 gr.

Cooking fried chicken fillet:

  • Place the lemon in boiling water and leave in it for 3-4 minutes. Pierce the fruit with a fork and squeeze out the juice. Combine all the ingredients of the marinade and grind with a blender. In the resulting sauce, place the chicken fillet, washed and cut into portions.
  • Place the marinated breast in a dish with a lid and put it in the refrigerator. After 60 min. remove the pieces of meat from the sauce. Roll them in breadcrumbs. Fry the fillets in sunflower oil until golden brown.

Before frying, the breast can be dipped in batter – a mixture of flour, milk, salt and eggs. When cooked, it forms a crust that prevents the meat from becoming dry.

The most delicious chicken breast dishes are obtained by smearing it with a fragrant mixture of herbs and spices and baking in the oven.

For this recipe you will need the following products:

  • salt and pepper;
  • bay leaf – 2 pcs .;
  • onion – 1 pcs .;
  • garlic – 2-3 teeth.;
  • sunflower oil – 80-100 gr.

For the sauce, you can take a ready-made mixture of herbs. It will give the dish a special aroma and piquant taste.

Procedure:

  • Chop and mix all products except onions. Make several cuts on the surface of the washed and dried chicken breast. Grease the meat liberally with the mixture. Wrap the fillet in plastic wrap and for 60 min. place in the refrigerator.
  • Fold the foil in 2-3 layers. Coat the surface with sunflower oil. Place the onion sliced ​​in half rings in the middle. Place the breast on it. Send the meat wrapped in foil to the oven preheated to 180-200 ° C. Cook the dish for about half an hour.

Fillets can be served with a vegetable side dish or as a snack.
