Delicious and healthy salads with radish

In Russia, one of the most popular vegetables was radish. Most often it appeared on the table during fasts, so it was called a penitential fruit. It was used to make not only tyurya, but also radish flour, and pieces of radish were served on the table with sunflower oil. Radish dishes were prepared for the holidays, and our ancestors were especially fond of sweet radish cooked in molasses. The failure of the radish harvest was equated to a natural disaster! Modern Russian cuisine offers a variety of radish salads, one is tastier than the other. Include them in the diet to adequately prepare the body for the winter and not be afraid of vitamin deficiency!

Meat abundance with radish

Radish strengthens the immune system, actively removes toxins from the body and facilitates the course of colds. In addition, by winter, this vegetable tastes softer and can even be included in the children’s diet. Many people prepare radish salads for the New Year’s table, because radish is perfectly combined with meat and eggs.

Grate 400 g of peeled black radish on a fine grater, and cut 200 g of chicken fillet. If you add onions and spices when cooking chicken, the meat will turn out to be more flavorful and interesting to taste. Chop 1 onion and fry until golden brown in vegetable oil. Finely chop the celery stalk and 1 cucumber. This salad does not require salt if you have salted the broth.

Mix the ingredients and season them with mayonnaise to taste, and then let them stand in the refrigerator for at least an hour. It turns out to be very satisfying, and it looks incredibly appetizing!

Vegetable mood

Margelan green radish is very tasty in salads. Juicy and soft to the taste, it is in harmony with all vegetables.

Grate 200 g of peeled radish on a coarse grater, pour 1 tbsp of freshly squeezed lemon juice over it and mix well. Cut the peeled bell pepper and cucumber into thin strips, chop 100 g of white cabbage. Mix the vegetables with the radish, add salt to the salad and season it with 2 tbsp. l. unrefined sunflower oil, which smells like seeds.

This salad increases the appetite and normalizes the digestive system. It can be served as a side dish to meat, potatoes and cereals, but also as an independent snack, radish with vegetables is very tasty!

Irreplaceable funchosa

In salads with radish, you can add funchosa, which has a neutral taste and therefore does not interrupt the piquancy of the radish, just makes the dish more nutritious and satisfying. Pour 200 g of funchosa with boiling water, and after a few minutes, when it becomes soft, throw it on a sieve or colander.

Finely chop 100 g of radish and 1 onion, cut into thin strips 30 g of carrots and 40 g of bell pepper, fry the vegetables in vegetable oil, do not forget to add salt to them.

Cut any meat into thin strips and fry it separately in vegetable oil with 3 crushed garlic cloves, salt, black and red ground pepper to taste and 30 ml of soy sauce.

Mix the funchosa, vegetables and meat in a salad bowl and serve with fresh spinach leaves. Since radish has a bactericidal effect, such salads are indispensable during the flu epidemic. The more delicious the” medicine ” is, the more pleasant it is to be treated!

Vegetable cake

This beautiful and delicious salad cake is worthy of a festive table. All the ingredients are useful, and you can prepare mayonnaise yourself or replace it with sour cream. Radish does not allow stones to form in the kidneys and reduces the level of sugar in the blood, so such salads are recommended not only by nutritionists, but also by doctors.

Cook 2 carrots, and cook 2 hard-boiled eggs. Peel the eggs from the shell. Remove the peel from 1 black radish and an apple. Chop all the ingredients on a coarse grater, but do not mix them, because our salad is layered.

The lowest layer is carrots, which are covered with a thin layer of mayonnaise. The second layer is egg, mayonnaise again on top. The next layers are apple, radish and mayonnaise. 100 g of grated cheese and a little grated fresh carrots are placed on top.

If you make a salad in a cake mold with a removable bottom, and then let it brew and remove the upper part of the mold, the salad will look especially impressive and solemn. It can also be made portioned.

New interpretation

We are used to beetroot salad with prunes and no longer perceive it as exotic, although the combination of vegetables and fruits is still unusual for many. And what do you say about a salad of beetroot, radish and prunes? Is it too bold and unconventional? Try it, and, quite possibly, you will like this unusual combination.

Soak half a cup of prunes, and let it swell. Cook 4 beets and peel 1 radish. Chop the vegetables on a coarse grater, finely chop the prunes and crush 100 g of walnuts. Mix all the products and season the salad with olive oil.

This dish is very useful for the gastrointestinal tract, because it contains not only radish, but also beetroot with prunes, which cleanse the intestines and contain many valuable vitamins and trace elements. This salad is especially relevant for those who are on a diet, because it is not very high in calories and satisfies the need for sweets.

Four in one

Radish, onion, pork and peas-it seems to be nothing special, but the dish turns out so delicious that it is impossible to tear yourself away from it! Fatty meat softens the sharpness of the radish, and the traditional mayonnaise dressing makes the salad especially nutritious. If you are on a diet, you can use a lighter sauce.

Peel 1 green radish and grate it on a coarse grater. Boil or fry 300 g of pork and cut it into strips. Chop 2 onions and fry in vegetable oil until golden brown. Combine the ingredients, add the green peas, pepper the salad and season it with 5 tablespoons of low-calorie mayonnaise. Since there is fatty meat in the dish, the dressing should be easy.

Rice side dish

So, grate 1 carrot, 1 radish and an apple and 4 boiled eggs on a large grater, and chop the lettuce leaves, green onions, dill and parsley with a knife.
