Required ingredients: – 1 glass of buckwheat; – 3 glasses of water; – salt to taste.

Required ingredients: – 1 glass of oats; – 400 ml of milk; – 3 tablespoons of granulated sugar; – salt; – butter to taste.

Soak the washed oats in water for 5 hours. Then rinse it again, fill it with 3 glasses of cold water, put it on fire. Bring to a boil and cook for about 40 minutes. Add milk, sugar and salt, stir and cook until the porridge is thick. Place the porridge in a warm oven and let it sit for another hour. When serving, you can add salt to taste and season with oil.
