An employee is coming towards you, he also has several monkeys. When you meet: what happens? Do you transfer your monkeys onto the shoulders of employees — or vice versa? I usually make an exchange in a ratio of 1 to 2: if I take on one issue of an employee (I need help), then I will hang two issues on them (work!).
Look through all your affairs for yesterday and think: what could you throw off yourself that one of the employees could do it for you?

I had situations several times when my friends made claims to me: why didn’t I turn to them for help? All you had to do was give them a call… Write it down somewhere in big print: PEOPLE CAN HELP! And when people are happy to help you, be sure to reach out to them!
Children
The sooner you start looking at your children as your future employees, the more you will actually prepare them for adulthood. It is necessary to prepare breakfast and set the table: who will do it? You? Why? Already three years old may well help you. Five-year-olds may well do everything together with you on an equal footing. Starting from the age of 7, you can completely entrust most household chores, including cooking, to your children.
I understand that for most mothers it is much easier to do everything on their own than to deal with these stupid children. But if you are not lazy, then mom should not work in the kitchen, but only dispose of it. Everything must be done by children! Children should be useful!
