He gradually deviates to the side and looks not straight, but in the direction of the little finger. Bones and bumps that appear do not cause severe pain and are initially perceived as a cosmetic defect.
If the bumps are painful and suddenly inflamed, they are located not only on the big toe, then this indicates the presence of more serious diseases, for example, about gout. Most often, women suffer from an unpleasant symptom. Why? There is no definite answer. Perhaps the reason lies in the choice of shoes with heels, because this creates additional stress on the feet. The disease occurs when metabolic disorders, often heredity is to blame for the deformation.
For official medicine, bumps become a disease when there are already severe pains when walking. In this case, you will be offered an operation. It should be understood that the rehabilitation period after surgery lasts from six months to two years. It is difficult to walk at this time. In the morning and in the evening, it is useful to do foot massage, therapeutic exercises. Walking barefoot is helpful. Individual orthopedic insoles will improve the condition. They are made to order from a foot cast. The device helps to reduce the load on the legs, distribute it more evenly.
The complex must be performed daily. If you do it intermittently, there will be no effect.
1. Place small items on the floor: ballpoint pens, pencils, spools of thread. Sit on a chair and try lifting things with your toes. Try to hold on to the object for a few seconds.
2. Starting position – lying on your back. With your legs raised, do the well-known bicycle exercise. But only use your fingers to pedal imaginary pedals.
3. Stand on tiptoe and walk this way for a minute. Then try standing on your toes for 10-12 squats.
4. Starting position – standing. Roll slowly from heel to toe. Repeat the exercise 20-30 times.
5. Sit in a chair. Place a glass bottle or rolling pin under your feet. Roll the object with your foot around it back and forth 10-15 times. Then change your leg.
