Deadlifts with the kettlebells, standing on one foot — technique exercises:

  1. Take a dumbbell in hand. Stand on one leg, the weight should be on the same side, as shown in the figure.
  2. Knee slightly bent. Follow tilt forward, straining the leg. For balance, pull the free foot back.
  3. Continue lowering the kettlebell until your upper torso will be parallel to the floor. Straighten up, returning to starting position.
