One-day cleansing diets enjoy unflagging popularity. In a short time, they allow you to feel light and free from toxins, help keep the body healthy. Nothing stands in the way of extending their duration to two days. Therefore, they are perfect for the weekend, but we cannot extend them indefinitely, because we will disturb the functioning of the system and slow down the metabolism.

You will most likely be weak. Make sure it’s your time. Get plenty of rest, read a book or rent a movie you’ve been wanting to watch for a long time. The most important thing is that no one disturbs you, try to talk little.

Game rules

You can safely perform a one-day cleansing of the body twice a month. In order to talk about cleansing, it is necessary to eliminate alcohol and cigarettes. Consume 2 liters of mineral water. Carbonated, sweet drinks, tea or coffee are not allowed. Apart from them, give up milk, sugar, eggs and white flour products three days earlier. Also three days after detox, eat as you did during preparation. On a detox diet, you should eat every three hours. Remember to provide fiber, otherwise constipation and malaise will appear as a result of fermentation in the intestines. One day is enough for you to get rid of toxins and food leftovers.

Cleansing Banana Diet

In addition to cleansing, the banana diet is also low in calories – the daily balance is about 1000 kcal. During the day, we should distribute 5 bananas and two selected snacks: 250 ml of buttermilk, 150 g of natural yoghurt, 125 ml of whole milk, 2 tangerines, an apple, 2 peppers or 2 medium-sized tomatoes. We do not forget to hydrate the body in the intervals between them.

One Fruit Diet

We divide 5 kg of fresh fruit that is rich in sugar into 6-2 portions, such as grapes, apricots, apples, pears, strawberries or watermelon. In the meantime, we consume water in small portions.

Vegetable and fruit duo

Consume a maximum of 2 kg of vegetables and fruits. They do not have to be raw, but, for example, steamed, baked or blanched.

Only fruit juices

In addition to hydrating the body with 2 liters of water, you can only drink fresh fruit juices, 5 glasses on the day of cleansing.

Fluid treatment

This diet is less restrictive than its predecessor. You can try mixed vegetable soups, vegetable broth, smoothies and vegetable and fruit juices.

Millet monodiet

You have half a kilo of millet at your disposal, which you should consume in small portions once every 2-3 hours.

The benefits of detox

It is worth detoxing regularly. It will have a positive effect on the body and protect us from ailments caused by the accumulation of harmful substances in our body. We are alerted about it by anxiety, tension, fatigue, lack of vitality, malaise, low immunity, and with it frequent infections.
