The way to a man’s heart lies through the stomach, but his health directly depends on what goes into this stomach. It turns out that some of the usual products can be dangerous specifically for men.
They disrupt the work of the brain, like a worm sharpen the heart, and often “beat below the belt.” The Conspiracy Theory program (Channel One) spoke about which products are categorically contraindicated for men and why, and which ones are in priority.
Sadly, but a considerable danger for a man can be the most “masculine” of the products – meat. On the one hand, meat is an unrivaled supplier of complete protein, vitamins and minerals, including zinc – a key element for maintaining the level of the male hormone testosterone. But for all its usefulness, we turn meat into a dangerous product with our own hands, frying it on open coals (kebabs, ribs, steaks, etc.) or in a frying pan until crispy.
According to experts, in one fried piece of such a kebab there is 3 times more carcinogen than in cigarettes. And the point is not only in the dangerous crispy crust, but also in the smoke from the barbecue – the most dangerous carcinogen. These carcinogens lead to cancer of the stomach, colon, biliary tract, pancreas faster than smoking. But this does not mean that one should give up meat, and kebab in particular. You just have to try to minimize harm.
Council. Do not overcook the meat and eat it with lots of vegetables, parsley, and cilantro. Then the dangerous toxins that are formed in the body when eating a kebab are quickly excreted by the kidneys and liver thanks to the greens.
No less dangerous for men and fried chicken… American oncologists, after conducting a series of studies, have come to the conclusion that fried chicken, eaten once a week, increases the risk of prostate cancer by 30%. And it’s all about the same adorable crispy crust. In order to avoid problems, it is better to replace the fried chicken with the one baked in the oven.
There is an opinion that the frequent consumption of chicken meat can turn the slender man into a fat woman. Is this so and how is such a metamorphosis possible? According to some experts, chickens on poultry farms are stuffed with growth enhancers – hormones and antibiotics for rapid growth. Therefore, a man who often eats such a chicken may have a hormonal disruption: he will have less male testosterone, and more female, estrogen. A man’s tummy will begin to grow, his bottom will be rounded and a chest will appear.
Meanwhile, it is possible to determine whether the bird was fed with antibiotics or not by eye. Broilers are usually raised for 37–38 days. During this time, the bird reaches a weight of up to 2 kg. If you see a 4-kilogram giant on the counter, this is the first sign that it was grown using a special technology, and it is highly likely that it was fed with antibiotics.
Council. When buying a chicken, do not pursue its “pomp”: a boneless chicken breast that has not been stuffed with antibiotics and growth accelerators should be no more than 550 g without a bone and no more than 650 g with a bone.
Sandwiches Is another dangerous food for men. According to statistics, the stronger sex intercepts with sandwiches on the go much more often than women, not suspecting that for them a sandwich is doubly dangerous – this is a direct path to heart attack and impotence. The most harmful of the sandwiches is white bread with sausage: the loaf is a fast carbohydrate that lowers testosterone levels, and the sausage contains a lot of salt, which is also unhealthy.

But not all crucifers are bad for your health. Super useful product – turnip… It has everything that men need: a lot of calcium, which is especially important after 40 years, selenium – a healthy reproductive function, magnesium and manganese – for the heart, succinic acid – without it, the body ages quickly. If you eat turnips instead of sausages, the male body will look younger before our eyes – it contains a huge amount of powerful antioxidants. Turnip is an ideal side dish for meat.
Another enemy of health is excess weight, which can be determined without weights. If a man’s waist is more than 95 cm, this is already obesity, and a waist more than 102 cm signals that, in addition to obesity, he has a lack of testosterone.
Council. Men should be very careful about milk, which is deposited with fat on their thighs. Fortunately, fermented milk products do not have such an effect, so cottage cheese and kefir are only beneficial for men. It is better to be careful with buns, pies, sweets, cookies – they are directly deposited on the sides. And mayonnaise, fatty foods and beer are guaranteed to lead to belly growth.
A man cannot do without protein, but the most correct protein is not meat at all. More often than meat, a man needs to eat fish and best of all – cod. The most useful side dish for fish and meat is vegetables and herbs. And if pumpkin seeds and celery are added to the right food in a man’s menu every day, then he will not be afraid of any unwanted metamorphoses with health and figure!
