Dancing is an integral part of many people’s lives. Dances accompany us everywhere and at all times, only styles change, but the Dance lives forever. Why do we girls and women love to dance? Is there a fashion trend in dancing? Is it “late” to dance? How does dancing help to fight complexes? These and other questions were answered by the teachers of the FLY Art Studio.
So why do we love to dance?
Because we like to move to music, through dance we express our inner state, our feelings and emotions. The dancers will agree with me that if you are in a good mood, then you dance with great dedication, and the dance turns out flawless, and is performed in one breath, everything works out and you are happy. But not everything in life is smooth: stress, problems leave their mark … and perhaps the best way to cope with them is dancing! Coming to class in a bad mood, after a very short time you notice how your mood improves, dancing is the best antidepressant!
I would single out 5 dance directions that are now in great demand and interest among the fair sex:
1. Pole dance
As you know, pole dance has several directions: sport, artistic and exotic. Pole training strengthens all muscle groups, promotes weight loss, since training includes not only “pumping”, but also stretching. From myself, I can say that pole dance classes are for strong-willed and purposeful girls. It is difficult, but worth it, and it is a fact!
2. Dance on aerial canvases
This direction came to us from the circus. And won our hearts. It’s so beautiful, aesthetically pleasing and magical! And so I want to try myself in the role of an aerial gymnast. The level of difficulty is similar to pole training. But unlike the first, there are no bruises on the body. Exercising on aerial canvases, you will acquire a beautiful toned figure, develop flexibility.
3. Twerk
This is a direction of dance in which the work of the hips, buttocks, abdomen and arms is actively used, while the rest of the body remains almost motionless. Twerking exercises allow you to acquire excellent athletic shape and are the prevention of stagnation in gynecology, thanks to intensive work with the pelvis.
4. Strip plastic, High Heels
Strip plastic is a dance of the beauty of the female body, passion and sensuality. High Heels combines a variety of styles, performed in high heels, practicing these areas contributes to the development of femininity, helps to maintain excellent physical shape.
5. Belly dance (oriental dances)
During the dance, all muscle groups are involved. The oblique and intercostal muscles are strengthened. Dancing contributes to the development of grace, good posture.
