I can’t say that I have idols. There are so many great dancers today! It is important that the person develops his style and vision of the dance.

If you want to dance, don’t be shy! Get it all out of your head. Take heels or sneakers and go have fun. Be indifferent to other people’s opinions: this is your life and your dance!

“Dance for me is life. This is a book with different stories, charge and exchange of energy, open feelings and inspiration.

When I dance, I feel a surge of strength and emotion, I want to go forward, develop, improve every bend of the body and learn new styles. However, I get even more pleasure when I teach. I prefer all styles of lady dance: strip dance, go-go, booty dance / twerk, high heels.

I look up to the choreographers of Moscow and foreign countries, and from Izhevsk I really like the choreographer Yulia Volkova.

If you want to dance – do it! Many girls want to learn how to dance, but are too lazy to come even to one lesson. But those who come, achieve not only their goals, but also move on.

When I came to dance school 5 years ago, I was ashamed of myself. I was standing behind everyone, my legs and arms were moving inappropriately, I am completely silent about posture and plasticity … However, every day I got more and more: the movements began to be memorized faster, I learned to listen to music, forced myself to be liberated, became flexible. Having become a teacher, I do not stop training and attend master classes “.

“Dance is tenderness, this is passion, this is love! Dance is the inspiration of the soul! Dance is life!

Our body is a wonderful language of communication, a way of self-expression and creativity. And creative pursuits have always attracted me. Dancing has appeared in my life since early childhood. Throughout her life she was engaged in various dance styles, but she truly revealed her potential in the Latin American dance studio Zoom-Zoom Salsa, where I met and continue to study such dances as salsa, bachata, rumba, afro, reggaeton.

Мои кумиры – Osbanis Tejeda, Yanet Fuentes Torres.

Your body wants to dance, but your mind resists for some reason? Throw away doubts, come dance! There is no reason to be ashamed, only desire is required for the first lesson! When I came to the studio, I took the first steps timidly, uncertainly. But with each lesson passed, the interest and the disclosure of the capabilities of the body grew. Now I can’t live without dancing! “

“Dance for me is a means of self-expression. In my opinion, dance is the most life-affirming and inspiring act of all invented by mankind.

I was brought to the choreographic hall when I was 5 years old. I managed to try many dance styles and directions, but my favorites are the dance hall and contemporary. The music of the dance hall is very energizing and fills with solar energy, and dancing contempo, you relax and renew yourself spiritually.

Fear of the audience is a natural human reaction, even the pros are always worried before going on stage. This is fine. If you are embarrassed to start dancing – remember yourself in childhood, this is as natural as learning to walk. Moreover, the dance does not bite. Come, enjoy the music and rejoice in your heart. Do you need something else ?! ”

“For me, dance is an art to which I have devoted my whole life. Only on stage am I really happy.

It always seemed to me that I was born to dance, and subsequently transfer my dancing skills and knowledge to other people.

I started dancing back in 1988. Over the years, she danced almost all styles: from folk to strip plastic. But pop dances are the closest to my heart.

I have no favorite dancers, but there are artists – professionals in their field, whom I respect for making a name for themselves. I am personally acquainted with them. These are Sonya Neks (I brought her to Izhevsk for a master class) and Yulia Filippova from the Todes team.

If you want to learn how to dance, you need to remember a simple truth: water does not flow under a lying stone. You need to try different styles, different dance schools and choose those activities where the soul is torn out. We dance as we feel inside.

My personal example. At the age of 13, I broke my spine while dancing. Doctors have diagnosed – I will no longer walk. But despite this, every day in the hospital, I first got up, then walked slowly and tried to exercise. After a year and a half, I was dancing again. Therefore, the main thing here is desire! “

Career: resident of the Crystall Hall Club.

“For me, dance is the life that I live on stage, I share my energy with the audience. Without dancing, life is boring and monotonous … at least for me. I love the stage! Here I am always bright and different, regardless of my mood or personal problems.

Even in kindergarten, I chose dancing for myself! She has always performed at various events and matinees. Educators have always wondered where I got so much energy from! In the 3rd grade, she began to go to pop dances, studied there for 7 years. During this time, I toured a lot with the team in different cities, earned many awards and certificates. Of course, it was not without participation in all-Russian and international competitions. After I tried to practice ballroom dancing, but they seemed too boring to me.

My favorite dancer is Alena Ivanova from the city of Yaroslavl. She dances with go-go and other styles. Together with their partner Oksana Marchuk, they participated in many go-go battles and always won prizes. I also like Alisa Dotsenko from the TV project “Dancing” on TNT.

Now there are many dance schools and good teachers who will teach anyone to dance and feel confident on the stage. One has only to start, and then go to the goal. By my own example, I can prove that this is possible. In 9th grade I wanted to dance go-go in clubs, not for the money, but for the dance. I wanted to feel this atmosphere, plunge into the club life. So I started going to class. Then all kinds of auditions began. If they didn’t take it (and this was), I did not despair, but continued to study and go to new auditions. After a while, they started taking me to clubs. I rejoiced at every new step in this area, because I achieved everything myself. “

Age 24 years

Career: Chinese theater of Wuhan city “Langtian ge juen” (ballet dancer) and Royal school of English ballet (classical choreography teacher).

Achievements: classical aerobics, 7th place (republican level) (2010) – 3rd adult category, Republican pop dance competition “Orange” (2012) – 1st place.

“At the moment, dance for me is life, body language and a means of self-expression, real images, harmony of myself and the environment. It is relaxation and at the same time energy, it is inhalation and exhalation. I live dancing literally and figuratively – I work two “dance” jobs every day, seven days a week.

In spite of everything, the dance should remain primarily your soul … your soul. Living a dance is living a life.

I’ve been dancing all my adult life. I didn’t choose dancing, it’s a childhood dream. Now I am happy that I am doing what I love, once this opportunity was not there. At my “disposal” – classical ballet, jazz funk, contemporary, jazz modern, hip-hop, dancehall, house dance, ballroom trends, belly dance, fitness aerobics. I am currently studying Chinese folk choreography and am fond of pole dance.

My advice to beginners: even if you sign up for a dance studio, dance for yourself first, don’t notice those around you, feel every movement and yourself in it, put your expression into every dance step! Advice for amateurs looking to become professionals: you will have to fall in love with classical choreography, because that is the basis of the basics! “

Career: dance studio Zoom-Zoom Salsa.

Achievements: participant and winner of Russian ballroom dancing competitions, participant of salsa festivals.

“Dance is communication, expression of feelings and emotions to music, movement and freedom, the air in which you can live, it is joy and harmony.

We can say that initially I did not choose dances for myself. My parents did it for me, and I am very grateful to them for this. I started dancing at the age of 5, and it was ballet. Later I began to engage in sports ballroom dancing, I still do it. I participate in competitions, I travel to other cities. 5 years ago I discovered salsa and other Latin American social dances. I have been dancing almost all my life and for me it is more than a hobby. I also teach, stage dance pair and group numbers, wedding dances. This is my life.

I have several favorite dancers. These are Alemana, Yeni Molinet, Diana Rodriguez, Maya Plisetskaya, Magna Gopal, Janet Fuentes, Yulia Zagoruychenko, Hema Malini.

My advice to everyone is dance! Don’t be afraid to try, take risks. Dance gives confidence in oneself, in movement, in decision, it changes a person, reveals him. When I began to study Latin American dances, in particular salsa, it had a very great influence on me, gave me more freedom, improvisation, and opened up more dance solutions for movement. I especially like the fact that dance styles can be harmoniously combined with one another, and no dance style overlaps the other. Dance teaches to interact with a partner, teaches to hear him, if we are talking about pair dances. Dance teaches to understand each other correctly. Dancing is easy! “

“Dance is self-expression, self-realization and constant inspiration.

Dancing was chosen for me by my mother when I was 4 years old. I danced a lot of styles, for the last 7 years I have been fond of hip-hop and house, I also tend to contempo and jazz-funk. During this time, I attended a huge number of master classes by leading Moscow, American and European dancers.

If you want to dance, first learn to not pay attention to anyone and do what you most want! “

Age 27 years

Career: FullHOUSE Dance studio, before that Humanitarian Lyceum No. 44, before that – FOK “Axion” and “Funky-Jazz”

Achievements: team – winners of the festival UNIVERDANCE-2014 (FullHOUSE).

“To dance is to surround and fill yourself with beauty!

The dance makes the body more agile and flexible. The whole body is involved in the work, and not just any specific muscle group. It is interesting for me to be able to control my body, to feel it, it enriches my life and helps to feel it in full. Dance develops imagination, and in it you can find the embodiment of fantasy. The ability of a person to tell a story with his body, to share a mood without words, is fascinating.

My favorite dance style is contemporary – this is one of the new directions of modern dance, which combines both elements of Western dance (classical dance, modern jazz) and oriental art of movement (qigong, yoga, tai chi). Moreover, this is a dance that does not have a specific form of style, because the main thing in it is self-expression.

If you have an idea to start dancing – you can do it! Movement is life. It cheers us up and gives us confidence that we can move even the steepest mountains! “
