According to Fuchs, the secretary of A.V. Suvorov, — the generalissimo’s daily routine during the Italian campaign in 1799 (Suvorov is in his 70th year) was as follows:

3 hours 30 minutes — rise, gymnastics;

from 4 hours 30 minutes to 8 hours — work;

from 8 o’clock to 12 o’clock — lunch with guests. Suvorov ate little — after his dinners, the guests went to dine for real .;

from 12 o’clock to 17 o’clock — sleep, and Suvorov fell asleep instantly;

from 18:19 to 30:XNUMX — dinner with guests;

from 19 hours 30 minutes to 23 hours — work;

from 23 hours to 3 hours 30 minutes — sleep.

Total: individual work 5-7 hours; sleep about 9 hours; food, conversations with the right people 5,5 hours.
