PSYchology

This book is somewhat reminiscent of instructions for the proper treatment of yourself and your (almost former) lover at the end of a relationship.

It contains a story about the natural stages of this process and advice that helps to survive them as painlessly as possible. Twenty-five years in which the author has been practicing psychotherapy and helping couples build relationships, allow me to trust these tips and, if necessary, try to put them into practice.
