An alternative to synthetic hormone therapy, Cyclodinone is a non-hormonal drug of natural origin, containing a patented extract of the red and black fruit of the monk chaste (vitex agnus castus). This extract helps to lower the level of prolactin in the blood. As a consequence, it has the ability to reduce the severity of premenstrual symptoms (the so-called premenstrual syndrome) in women, which manifest themselves – usually up to two weeks before menstruation – in the form of: headache, skin changes, a feeling of tension and swelling in the breasts, parts of the digestive system, mood changes, irritability, nervous tension. It is also used to treat menstrual disorders such as polymenorrhoea (cycle too short), oligomenorrhea (cycle too long) or amenorrhoea (amenorrhea).
Cyclodynone – composition

Cyclodinone – contraindications
Cyclodyno you shouldn’t use in case of hypersensitivity (allergy) to agnus castus fruit or any of the excipients of the drug, and in the case of menstrual cycle disorders (consult your doctor before starting the treatment).
In addition, the drug Cyclodynon it shouldn’t be applied during pregnancy. During breastfeeding Cyclodynon may be applied only under medical supervision.
You must also remember that during the parallel application place Cyclodynon and other dopamine receptor antagonists, mutual weakening of the effects of the drugs taken may occur.
Cyclodinone – side effects
Use place Cyclodynon it should not cause serious side effects. Occasionally a rash and itchy skin may appear. Rarely, worsening of PMS symptoms may occur at the beginning of treatment (in this case, please consult your doctor). Cyclodinone – how long to use
Cyclodynon should be taken continuously for three months, also during menstruation. The treatment can be started on any day of the cycle. After alleviating symptoms or noticing improvement, you can continue the treatment for 3 months.
