Cyber medicine for women’s health

Are you wondering how the female body works? Well, of course, much more difficult than a man’s! And women’s diseases are also a delicate matter. Where do breast diseases come from? How to prevent fibroids, cysts and infertility? Who to contact and how to diagnose troubles? Maria Adamova found out the answers to all questions on behalf of Wday.ru. She spoke with Elena Sinitsyna, an endocrinologist of the highest category, right at the clinic of the Moscow Institute of Cybernetic Medicine.

– We constantly hear about the advantages of the male mind, and I was pleased to know that we are arranged anyway more complicated. And how is this expressed?

Mastopathy, fibroadenoma, cyst, uterine myoma, ovarian cyst, endometriosis, infertility – this is not a complete list of female diseases that are successfully treated in

clinic of the Moscow Institute of Cybernetic Medicine

.

The female body is much more sophisticated. In men, one main hormone is testosterone. The higher its level, the more active and persistent the man behaves in relation to girls. And in women – two sex hormones, which replace each other approximately every two weeks, depending on the phase of the cycle. And these hormones are opposed to each other!

– Does it depend on the menstrual cycle? To be honest, I still have not figured out what it serves – except that on some days of the cycle it is much easier for us to get pregnant.

A lot of women come to see me, having absolutely no idea how everything works. They want to get pregnant – and they don’t even know what’s what, even though we were told about it back in high school! I will try to clarify again.

Let’s figure it out together: what happens during the cycle? In its first half, sex hormones – estrogens – are active. They affect a lot of things: from the condition of the skin and nails to the mood, but their main function is to stimulate the division of germ cells and their reproduction. During the “reign” of estrogens, the cells of the inner lining of the uterus (endometrium) actively grow and prepare to receive an egg and hold it in case of fertilization. If the endometrium is not well developed, it will not cope with its task, and the egg will slip out.

When all the conditions are created so that the egg can firmly anchor, ovulation occurs – the follicle ruptures and a mature egg, ready for fertilization, breaks out.

For this reason, 3% of women lose an already fertilized egg without even knowing that they were pregnant!

– And if this does not happen?

If not, we are dealing with polycystic ovary… Ultrasound examinations easily show the entire process of follicular formation and help to trace their rupture.

At the moment when the egg is released, the female body is maximally interested in fertilization – and this strongly influences our behavior on a subconscious level. Ovulation does not last very long, and if fertilization does not occur, estrogen levels drop and the amount of progesterone, the second major sex hormone, increases. It is he who contributes to the natural death of all cells produced under the influence of estrogen.

In the female body, during each cycle, billions of cells are produced, destroyed, and then removed. And this happens from 13 to 50 years old for each of us!

And do not forget that a woman’s behavior, her mood and actions are in direct proportion to the amount of hormones and their ratio. Men, I’m sure, misunderstand this.

– And if the body fails in the work of the endocrine glands?

It was then that myoma, fibroadenoma, or endometriosis… During the menstrual cycle, the number of cells formed and “removed” should ideally be the same – and this happens as long as the balance of the two main hormones is normal. As soon as the balance of estrogen and progesterone is disturbed, the number of cells of the same type will increase, and their number will grow from cycle to cycle! The body has a natural question – “And where are these cells to put?”.

There are only three options: either to the uterus – and we get fibroids; or into the mammary gland – fibroadenoma or cyst. The third option: the endometrial cells themselves grow, and we get endometriosis.

– Why is this balance upset?

The main reason is stress. It has an extremely negative effect on the functioning of the thyroid gland, adrenal glands and ovaries. In our clinic, we deeply and multifacetedly investigate thyroid condition, and in case of detection of violations, adequate treatment is carried out.

According to statistics, women suffer from thyroid disorders 4 times more often than men.

And the reason is not only hormonal changes after pregnancies, abortions and childbirth. Each woman has her own reason that needs to be carefully investigated.

Our doctors discovered one interesting pattern: the left lobe of the thyroid gland affects the condition of the left breast, and vice versa. The same dependence of the condition of the breast exists on the ovaries. For example, inflammation of the left ovary will instantly affect the left breast, causing induration and soreness.

In its diagnostic program “Woman’s health»We pay great attention to the infectious component. Chronic inflammatory processes in the ovaries need to be treated quickly and without complications, which is what we are doing.

– I have a friend who was operated twice as part of the treatment breast cysts… She is now waiting for the third operation. Does this mean that surgical intervention does not guarantee recovery?

Of course no. Indeed, as we said earlier, the root cause of the disease is not eliminated – a violation of the estrogen-progesterone balance. Only an integrated approach to the body can help in such cases. Recently, we “absorbed” a fibroadenoma about 2 cm in size from an Englishwoman who came to us for treatment on purpose.

– What is the effectiveness of your therapeutic treatment method?

It consists of three parts:

  1. Conducting (if necessary) anti-inflammatory therapy of the ovaries and other organs with foci of inflammation, so that the immune system is the sovereign master of the situation in the body.
  2. Unique physiotherapy systems that allow you to directly affect atypical, unnecessary cells in order to remove them from the body.
  3. Normalization of the neuroendocrine system: the tone of the vessels of the brain, the function of the thyroid gland and adrenal glands, which secrete female sex hormones.

Thus, we eliminate the very cause of the disease. By normalizing the estrogen-progesterone balance, we will get a stable result. It is important that women understand this.
