Curry chicken – a recipe for a nutritious dinner

When caring for the sick, it is not worth extra work – it is worth preparing meals that both the sick and the whole family will be able to eat. Curry chicken is one such proposition – you just need to adjust the proportions of the dish.

Recipe for 2 servings:

  1. Chicken breast – half
  2. onion – 1/2 small piece
  3. bell pepper – 1/2 pieces
  4. green beans – 3/4 cup (can be frozen)
  5. garlic – 1-2 cloves
  6. coconut milk – 100 ml
  7. cream 18% – 100 ml
  8. curry paste (or curry powder) – 1 tbsp
  9. turmeric – 1 tbsp
  10. ginger – 3 cm of root or 1 teaspoon of powdered
  11. soy sauce – a tablespoon
  12. Nutramil complex – 4-6 tbsp
  13. Frying oil

Preparation

Wash the meat and dice it into 2 cm cubes. Chop the garlic, cut the onion into small cubes and the pepper into 2 cm pieces. Thaw the beans. Grate fresh ginger.

Heat the oil in a frying pan or wok and fry the chicken. Add the onion and garlic and fry, stirring frequently. Add curry and soy sauce, ginger, mix, add paprika, fry for a moment. Add the beans, coconut milk, and Nutramil dissolved in the cream. Mix thoroughly. Fry for a while – until the liquid thickens.

Serve with rice or rice noodles.

Tip – you can use frozen vegetable mix.
