Cure yourself: simple recipes for herbal teas for weight loss and immunity

To stay hydrated, you need to drink plenty of fluids. The best option is herbal and berry infusions. They do not overload the cardiovascular system and quench thirst well.

FOR CLEANSING THE BODY

Before visiting the bath, as well as before entering the steam room, infusions of tonic and diaphoretic plants are recommended. They accelerate metabolic processes, promote the elimination of toxins from the body.

RASPBERRY NASTOY

In 5 servings: 1 st. l. dry berries and leaves of raspberries, linden flowers, rose hips, 1,5 liters of water.

Grind the rosehip in a mortar, add the rest of the ingredients. Fill with hot, but not boiling water. Wrap with a towel, leave for 20 minutes. We filter, pour into a thermos.

CRANBERRY JUICE

In 5 servings: 300 g cranberries, 2 cm ginger root, 2 tbsp. l. honey, 5 mint leaves, 1,5 liters of water.

My cranberries, knead. Pour the juice into a separate container, put the berries in a saucepan. Add the peeled chopped ginger. Fill with hot water. Bring to a boil over low heat. We filter, add mint leaves, juice and honey. Stir.

HERBAL MIX

In 5 servings: 1 st. l. leaves and fruits of wild strawberry, oregano, lemon balm.

Put herbs and berries in a glass or ceramic container, fill with freshly boiled water. Cover, leave for 20 minutes.

RECOVERY

Together with the liquid, some useful substances leave the body. Immune charges will help restore balance. They effectively replenish the loss of fluid, saturate with minerals, vitamins, stimulate metabolic processes, soothe and relax.

TONING COLLECTION

In 5 servings: 1 tbsp. l. ivan-tea, 5 leaves of currants and strawberries, 10 rose hips.

Grind the rosehip, add the rest of the ingredients, fill it with hot water, leave for 20 minutes.

SEA BUCKTHORN DRINK

In 5 servings: 500 g sea buckthorn, cinnamon stick, 2 tbsp. l. honey, a sprig of mint, 1.5 liters of water.

Knead the sea buckthorn, fill it with hot water, add cinnamon and mint. Wrap with a towel, leave for 20 minutes. We introduce honey, mix, pour into a thermos. We drink hot.

TEA WITH THYME

In 5 servings: 3 tsp black tea, 1 tsp. thyme, 1 tsp. peppermint, 1 liter of hot water.

Pour boiling water over a glass or ceramic teapot. We fall asleep the listed ingredients. Fill with hot (70-80 degrees) water, cover, brew for 10 minutes.
