When guests suddenly appear or you just want to pamper yourself with something tasty, you can make curd donuts. This dessert does not require a large amount of food, effort and time, while the dish turns out to be original, satisfying and very tender.

Ingredients: – 500 g of cottage cheese; – 1 teaspoon of soda; – 1 teaspoon of raisins; – a pinch of vanilla; – 2 eggs; – a pinch of salt; – 1 glass of flour; – powdered sugar; – vegetable oil; – 5 tbsp. tablespoons of granulated sugar.

Grind raisins and steam in boiling water for 15 minutes. In a deep bowl, combine flour, beaten eggs, salt and granulated sugar. Mix everything thoroughly until smooth. Then add baking soda, a pinch of vanilla and steamed raisins. Stir again, form balls 3 cm in diameter from the resulting mass. Dip them in flour. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan, put donuts in it and, stirring gently with a spoon, fry them until brownish crust. Put the excess oil in a colander so that the glass can, then transfer to a serving dish and sprinkle with powdered sugar.

There should be enough oil to reach the middle of the donuts during cooking. Otherwise, they will not be fried.

Cottage cheese donuts with apples

Ingredients: – 2 eggs; – 300 g of cottage cheese; – 4 tbsp. tablespoons of sifted flour; – 1 large apple; – soda on the tip of a knife; – a pinch of salt; – 3 tbsp. tablespoons of sugar; – icing sugar; – vegetable oil for frying.

Beat eggs in a deep bowl, add salt and granulated sugar to them. Stir until sugar dissolves. Then add flour, vinegar slaked soda and mix thoroughly. Meanwhile, prepare the apple filling: peel the apple, grate on a coarse grater and mix with 1 tbsp. a spoonful of sugar. From the dough, make small tortillas of the same size, put some grated apples in the middle of each and roll into a ball the size of a walnut. Fry the donuts in a large amount of vegetable oil, pre-roll in flour. Throw in a colander, transfer to a dish and sprinkle with powdered sugar.

Donuts in the oven with lemon zest

For those who do not like fried foods, you can bake curd donuts. To prepare a delicious dessert according to this recipe, you will need: – 1 glass of flour; – 400 g of cottage cheese; – 2 eggs; – 1 tbsp. a spoonful of sour cream; – ½ cup granulated sugar; – salt on the tip of a knife; – 1/3 lemon zest; – butter; – icing sugar.

Mash eggs with sugar and salt. Add cottage cheese to them, stir, then add flour and mix well again. Add the grated lemon zest and soda, slaked with a little vinegar. Shape the dough into cheesecakes, place them on a floured table and use a cork to cut out the middle. Place the donuts on a greased baking sheet and place in an oven preheated to 180 ° C. Cook for 30-40 minutes. Sprinkle the hot donuts with icing sugar. You can serve these donuts with condensed milk.
