Method of preparation
Mix (preferably immediately in a mold with a diameter of about 25 cm, so as not to stain the dishes) 1 egg, 50 g softened butter or margarine, 2/3 cup sugar and 1/2 cup milk. Add a pinch of salt, 10 grams of baking powder and a glass of flour. Place in microwave oven at 50% power for 13 minutes.
