Method of preparation
Cut the washed and peeled fresh cucumbers into thin slices and place in a salad bowl. Before serving, lightly salt the cucumbers, sprinkle with pepper and pour over sour cream mixed with salt and vinegar. Sprinkle with dill on top. Serve salad with meat and fish cakes, fried meat and fish or as an independent dish.
