– 300 g of beef; – 4 cucumbers; – 3 carrots; – 2 onions; – 1 head of garlic; – 30 g of vegetable oil; – 1/2 teaspoon of vinegar; – 5 g of hot pepper; – salt to taste. in one piece and simmer with a little water until tender. Cut carrots into strips, onions in half rings and fry in vegetable oil. Cucumbers must be cut into rings and lightly fried, then mix all the ingredients, season with a mixture of vinegar, hot vegetable oil, chopped garlic, pepper and salt. Lettuce should be infused in the refrigerator for at least 12 hours.
The classic recipe for cucumber salad is simple to the elementary: just cut the cucumbers into slices and mix with dill and onions, seasoning with sour cream with black pepper and salt. You will hardly surprise guests with such a salad, but on its basis you can create a spicy appetizer.
To do this, it is enough to change the shape of slicing the cucumber into thin slices, which are best obtained using a special vegetable cutter, and take the dressing not from sour cream, but from olive oil, vinegar and lemon juice, all in equal proportions. Cucumber petals are laid out on a plate, sprinkled with pepper and salt, and then sprinkled with dressing.
