Cuban press — technique exercises:

  1. The exercise is performed sitting or standing. Take a dumbbell in each hand, as shown in the figure. Hand pointing down along the body, with bending at the elbows. This will be your initial position.
  2. Start to raise his hands up, until the forearms will not be perpendicular to the torso. This movement is done on the exhale.
