This procedure is very useful in the morning and evening before bedtime.
3. Warm bath with rose water. In order to make a “Roman” bath with rose water, it is enough to add 250 to 500 ml of rose water to the bath with warm water and throw rose petals there. The mixture of rose oil components will have a beneficial effect on your body not only through the skin, but also through the olfactory receptors.
5. Eye care. The computer is a problem for the skin of the face and eyes. Both are inflamed. Rinse your eyes and treat the “electrified” skin on your face after a computer with rose water, unless, of course, you are wearing makeup, or in the evening after work, hold cotton pads soaked in rose water on your eyelids, lie down with them for 5-10 minutes.
