One of the most interesting gastronomic events is about to begin in Soria.
The hoteliers of Soria return to the forefront of the national culinary scene with the celebration of a new edition of the Soria Mycological Cover Week.
A meeting for lovers of edible mushrooms and mushrooms, such as boletus, thistle mushrooms, trumpets of death, mushrooms, chanterelles, black truffles or chanterelles, which will be the base of the best culinary creations of Soria chefs and hoteliers.
This is already the tenth edition of the Soria Mycological Tapa Week, which will be held during the next 20 to 29 October.
Throughout the holidays, the delicious and visual tapas that are presented this year will have a maritime character and with a great presence of trompe l’oeils, to consolidate an authentic union of two worlds, that of the sea and that of the Soria pine forests and meadows. .
Like the previous editions of the Mycological Tapa, it is organized by ASOHTUR (Association of Hoteliers of Soria) and has the collaboration of the Soria City Council, the Soria Provincial Council, the Castilla y León Government, Caja Rural de Soria and its Scientific Foundation for the Mediterranean Diet, CIFP La Merced and Amstel beers, the main sponsor of this gastronomic event.

Creativity in the kitchens of Soria chefs
For the occasion the gastronomic They have the participation of 45 catering establishments throughout the province, and their kitchens are already preparing and making real mycological trompe l’oeil, the kind that visually deceive.
