No, and probably will never be sweeter, brighter and juicier than the line of Victoria’s Secret creams. Every season I buy one or two new tubes that can be applied all over the body and forget about perfume!
Moisturizers, delicious creams from VS make the skin glow. From my collection, I chose a cream, the aroma of which is suitable for working days and for an evening date. The top notes of the fragrance are nectarine, red apple, citrus, pineapple, pear, red berries and bergamot, in the heart there is an orchid, lily of the valley, cyclamen, jasmine, blackberry, plum, vanilla and black currant leaf, and in the trail of amber, musk, tonka and woody notes. The cream accurately repeats every note of the scent and stays on the body all day long.
Maison Francis Kurkdjian, Amyris, Body Cream, 3500 rubles
The Maison Francis Kurkdjian perfume house, created by the celebrity perfumer of our time, Francis Kurkdjian, is famous for its unusual approach to fragrances. Amyris is one of four fragrances created in honor of love for Russia in general and Moscow in particular.
The perfume, to be honest, did not cause much delight in me, but there was some special love with the cream! The union of amiris resin (elemi) and powdery iris, developing against the background of vetiver and modern oud, is amazingly revealed on the body. When applied after a shower, the fragrance is absorbed, moisturizes the skin and remains a fine haze for 5-7 hours. Incredible cream hold. I fell in love with this perfume and I feel very special in it.
Weleda, Pomegranate regenerating milk, about 1500 rubles (Rigla)
– Weleda Pomegranate Body Lotion literally saved my skin from the effects of a bad tan. True, it turned out that excellent caring properties are not its only plus. This product further reinforced my love for the brand. And even if I didn’t love with Weleda face creams, but absolutely all body products are my favorites!
And yes, pomegranate body lotion has become my top favorite. It just smells amazing, very natural and at the same time bright. The aroma reminds me of something fruity and spicy, but not sugary, rather with some kind of spice. At the same time, it smells quite harshly from the can, and when it gets on the skin, it literally transforms. I love that if I suddenly forget to puff, my body will still smell very nice. By the way, pomegranate lotion is very delicate and does not argue with any of my fragrances.
Alina Zanskar, “Mango and passionfruit”, body balm, about 1500 rubles
– I fell in love with Alina Zanskar “Mango and Passionfruit” body balm as soon as I heard its aroma, reminiscent of relaxation on the ocean shore. What does it smell like? Actually, as the name says, – mango and passionfruit, and a little more coconut, pineapple and argan oil. The last ingredients, by the way, are also added to the composition. In general, a jar of cream looks more like a Malaysian dessert than a beauty product … In addition to the smell, the balm also has a lot of advantages.
First of all, I would like to note the incredibly delicate texture of the balm, reminiscent of sorbet. It literally melts in the hands, and upon contact with the skin it is instantly absorbed, but at the same time leaves a slight shine (massage oil gives a similar effect!). After a few seconds, the skin becomes super-moisturized, soft and smooth, just like a baby’s, without exaggeration. And about the scent: on the skin it is not as bright as in a jar, but just as thin and deep …
Perhaps this remedy will become my favorite for the next few months.
Jo Malone White Jasmine & Mint, about 5000 rubles
I adore body creams – I have them for every season for specific purposes. One nourishes, the other moisturizes, the third – for romantic nights – with wonderful fragrances, weightless. And, according to my observations, there are no creams that both smell wonderful and nourish the skin. You need to choose one thing. As a rule, “eminent” creams are just leaders in terms of pleasant aromas, but they are not strong in nutrition. Therefore, for a very long time I only poked my nose into jars in Jo Malone boutiques, but left with a scent, not a cream. Until I received it on my birthday …
“That’s what a pleasant surprise,” I thought, scooping up the cream for the first time from the jar.
Our story is primarily about the fragrance, and it is beautiful: light, like a sunny morning in the garden. But with a twist. You seem to close your eyes and fall into the petals of jasmine, lily, orange and rose. They accept you and gently envelop your entire body. Mint pleasantly cools the skin, just a little, just enough to prevent you from completely falling out of reality.
I liked that the fragrance lasts for a long time; waking up in the morning, I still felt special. I even remembered Marilyn Monroe’s phrase that she only wears perfume at night. Velvet leather was also a bonus to my “outfit” – Jo Malone White Jasmine & Mint perfectly nourishes.
Darphin Silky Moisturizing Lotion Essential Body Beauty, 2 565 rubles
“Even the mind does not drive a woman crazy as much as the smell,” someone smart once said. And you know, it’s hard to disagree with him. Light and weightless, subtle scent can give the right atmosphere to any event, make you rejoice and even sad. This is why the game “pick a fragrance for today” always gives me special pleasure. On the cosmetic table there are a lot of jars with perfume, eau de toilette and, of course, creams with mesmerizing scents.

I simply cannot live without a cream or body lotion, or rather my skin. I have it dry and requires constant moisture, especially after a shower. Most recently, I discovered Yves Rocher Riche Creme Intensive Revitalizing Body Milk. The lotion is designed to saturate the skin with nutrients, plus, it smoothes the skin well and makes it more elastic.
What I don’t like is greasy products that take a long time to be absorbed. I really liked this lotion because in consistency it resembles an emulsion, very delicate and oily. It is very well distributed over the skin of the body, it is quickly absorbed.
The color of the milk has a delicate creamy, and the smell is fantastic. I immediately ordered another lotion for the future.
A big plus was the composition, which mainly includes components of vegetable origin (various oils), and the product does not contain components of animal origin. Here is a natural, natural remedy.
I think that for such a small amount, the milk is good in all respects. I advise everyone who loves delicate lotions with a delicious scent.
