Cream of white vegetables – a strengthening lunch proposition

Soups are an ideal proposition for the sick. They warm up, strengthen, and thanks to their form, they can be eaten even by people who have trouble swallowing.

Recipe for 3-4 servings:

  1. Onions – 1 small piece
  2. Garlic – 1 clove
  3. Leek – white part
  4. Parsley – 2 pieces
  5. Celery – ½ pieces
  6. Potatoes – 1-2 pieces
  7. Cauliflower – 1 piece (can be frozen – about 250-300 grams)
  8. Vegetable or meat stock – 1 liter
  9. Milk – 1 cup
  10. Cream 18% – 100-150 ml
  11. Nutramil complex – packaging

Preparation

Dice the onion and leek into small cubes and sauté in butter. At the last minute, add the chopped garlic.

Cut the parsley, celery, potatoes and cauliflower into smaller pieces and pour over the stock. Add the butter-glazed vegetables and cook until soft – 15-20 minutes.

Mix the milk, cream and Nutramil with a little vegetable stock and mix it in completely. Peel until smooth. Season as needed.
