If you have ever made cranberry tinctures, then you know for sure that it is not difficult at all. And homemade liqueur is in no way inferior to traditional drinks. It is very fragrant, with pleasant sourness and moderate sweetness. And most importantly, cranberries are sold all year round and quite reasonably priced.
They also make tincture and liquor from cranberries.
Tips before starting
For the preparation of cranberry tincture, you can use both fresh and frozen berries.
In recipes where the alcohol component is not used, it is best to take a freshly picked berry. This is a guarantee that the drink will be able to ferment on its own, without the addition of additional ingredients.
For all other recipes, you can take vodka, food alcohol or double distillation moonshine as a basis.
If moonshine still has a pungent odor, then recipes with the addition of honey are ideal for it. He will be able to kill the unpleasant aroma and soften the taste of the finished drink.
Now let’s move on to the recipes for cranberry liqueur. We have prepared for you the most interesting and quite popular options.
