To save for the winter, a hot billet must be folded into a sterilized jar to the very brim, since the minimum amount of air in the container is a guarantee of long-term storage of the product. Store the product at a temperature of 0 to 25 degrees and a relative humidity of no more than 75 percent. Sterilized jam can be stored for up to 24 months.
