- sugar – 3 kg.
The fruits are selected, washed thoroughly under running water and completely dried. Next, the berries need to be rubbed through a sieve, chopped in a meat grinder or blender. The prepared puree is distributed in molds, leaving a little space. The rest of the container is filled with sugar. The finished dessert is sent to the freezer.
Recipes for cranberry jam with sugar
Jam that has been heat treated is stored much longer than without cooking.

You need:
