Wash and chop the leeks. Put half the oil in a skillet, heat and sauté the leeks in oil for 4-5 minutes. Remove from heat, add curry and crab meat, stir. If you are using fresh crab meat, it will need to be pre-cooked. Roll out the dough. Grease a baking dish with butter and put the dough there, which should take the shape of a pie. Preheat the oven and bake the plain dough in it for 10 minutes. The base of the cake should be slightly browned.
Put the remaining oil in a saucepan along with the flour and heat it up. Pour milk in there and cook over medium heat. Remove from the stove, add sour cream, eggs and grated cheese there, stir, salt and pepper. Put crabs and leeks on the bottom of the pie with the dough already cooked and cover with the milk and egg mixture. Cook the pie in the oven as long as needed to freeze the pie filling. Remove the finished cake from the mold and serve hot.
Crab balls with lime yoghurt sauce
