Until now, the personal trainers Cesc Escolá, Isabel del Barrio, Almudena «Yogalife», Iñaki García and the Pin Twins, Esther and Gemma Pineda, collaborators in ABC Bienestar have joined the initiative and that every week they invite us with videos of original routines of exercises to turn sport into a habit. Communication is being done through a WhatsApp group and Álex Lamata has also planned a working document in which each coach can offer their daily availability and their training proposal for the platform, ”explains Paula Butragueño, who insists that it is selfless labor. “As other professionals are doing, such as those in the world of music, for example, fitness professionals have wanted to contribute what we know so that all the people who have to stay at home can continue exercising,” he says.

In addition, as Martín Giacchetta adds, it is likely that many more fitness professionals decide to join this formula to work together. “Each of the coaches who join this group will contribute their best, what they do best and we hope that those who follow us will also try to give their best,” he proposes. And, as Giachetta reflects, if there is something positive about what is happening with the coronavirus, it is that we are going to take a learning. «We are going to explore new ways of communicating, new ways of training and new ways of working on patience and coexistence.
