Casserole with apples is a light, tender and surprisingly tasty dessert that will appeal to adults and young children. In addition, this is also a very healthy dish, because cottage cheese and apples are a storehouse of vitamins and microelements. If desired, you can add other products to the apple casserole that will make this dish even more interesting, for example, pumpkin, semolina or cinnamon.

Simple apple casserole recipe

Ingredients: – 500 g of cottage cheese; – 5 tbsp. tablespoons of granulated sugar; – 3-4 sour apples; – 3 eggs; – 2 tbsp. tablespoons of semolina; – 4 tbsp. tablespoons of sour cream; – 1 teaspoon of cinnamon.

Rub the cottage cheese through a sieve and rub thoroughly with eggs, sour cream, granulated sugar and semolina. Wash the apples, peel and core them. Cut into small thin slices, sprinkle with cinnamon and stir. Grease a refractory dish with butter and sprinkle with semolina. Put the apples, and on top – the curd mass. Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for about 30 minutes. The finished casserole should rise and brown. After the dessert has cooled down a little, transfer it to a beautiful dish and serve.

Cottage cheese casserole with apples and raisins

Ingredients: – 600 g of cottage cheese; – 120 ml of milk; – 3 apples; – 1,5 tbsp. tablespoons of raisins; – 1 tbsp. a spoonful of potato starch; – 150 g of sugar; – 2 eggs; – 2 tbsp. tablespoons of flour; – 1 tbsp. a spoonful of lemon juice; – 5 tbsp. tablespoons of sour cream; – ½ teaspoon of vanilla.

You can also add some chopped walnuts to the casserole for this recipe.

Rub the cottage cheese through a sieve. Add flour, starch, milk, vanilla, raisins, lemon juice to it and mix everything thoroughly. Beat the eggs with sugar and pour them into the curd mass, mix everything well again. Transfer the curd to a buttered baking dish. Peel the apples, cut them into thin slices and place them on top of the curd. Bake the dessert at 180 degrees for half an hour. After the allotted time, take out the casserole and brush with sour cream, whipped with 1 tbsp. a spoonful of granulated sugar. Place in the oven again and bake for another 15–20 minutes.

To make the raisins softer, pre-pour boiling water over it for 15 minutes.

Rice casserole with apples

Ingredients: – 100 g of butter; – 200 g of sugar; – 200 g of rice; – 1 glass of milk; – 500 g of apples; – 300 ml of water; – Cinnamon to taste.

Pour milk and water into a heavy-walled saucepan, bring to a boil, add sugar and washed rice. When the liquid boils again, reduce the heat and cook the porridge for 12 minutes, stirring constantly. Then remove from heat and put butter in it. Stir well again. Peel the apples and cut into small pieces. Grease a baking dish with oil, put a third of the rice mass into it in an even layer, then half of the apples, again a third of the rice, apples and, finally, the rest of the rice mass. Sprinkle apples with cinnamon or vanilla. Cover the casserole with foil, place in the oven and bake for 30-40 minutes at 180 degrees.
