pour the oat flakes with milk( mix and let swell ), wash the raisins and pour boiling water for 20 minutes(then dry). wash the apples, peel them and cut them into cubes. Rub the cottage cheese with the yolks , and whisk the whites with salt into a dense and strong foam . mix all the ingredients with the cottage cheese and finally add the foam of proteins . mix gently. The form is greased with oil , bake in the oven (preheat )180 degrees for 45 minutes, turn off ,then leave in the oven for another 20 minutes with the door slightly open (it will become soft)
