The curd casserole baked according to this recipe is a taste of the past, as it resembles the one fed in kindergarten. Ingredients for baking:

– 1 kg of cottage cheese; – 4 chicken eggs; – 200 grams of semolina; – 200 grams of granulated sugar; – 100 ml of milk; – 100 grams of butter.

First you need to make the cottage cheese very small, tender and airy. To do this, it must be wiped through a strainer and set aside for a while in a separate dish. It’s time to do the eggs and sugar – you need to grind them, then add them to the cottage cheese. Soften the butter and add to the curd mass and beat it all well with a blender.

Now you need to prepare the semolina for the casserole. Pour milk into a cup, pour semolina to it, mix and leave to swell for 50 minutes. After this time, combine the curd and milk masses.

Grease a suitable baking dish, sprinkle with semolina and lay out the resulting dough. The casserole should be baked in the oven at 200 ° C until golden brown, you can check its readiness with a toothpick.

This pastry resembles curd pudding. It can be served both with fruit jam or syrup, and with condensed milk. Also, if desired, vanillin, fruits or dried fruits can be added to the curd mass during the cooking process.
