Ice from infusion of rowan berries
Useful Properties: Tones, firm and smooth skin.
How to cook: 2 tbsp. l. Mash rowan berries (dry – crush), pour a glass of boiling water, leave for an hour. Strain, pour into molds and freeze.
Flaxseed ice
Useful Properties: Soothes sensitive and dry skin, relieves irritation and inflammation, tones up.
How to cook: 1 tsp flaxseed, without grinding, brew with a glass of boiling water. Insist 4 hours. Strain, pour into molds and freeze.
Sage infusion ice
Useful Properties: Eliminates itching and flaking, enhances blood circulation, tones, relieves puffiness.
How to cook: 1 tsp a mixture of sage leaves and flowers, pour 2 cups of boiling water, leave for 40 minutes. Strain, pour into molds and freeze.
Linden ice
Beneficial features: Eliminates chapping and flaking of the skin, makes the skin soft and velvety.
How to cook: 1 tsp pour a glass of boiling water over linden flowers, leave for 30-40 minutes. Strain, pour into molds and freeze.
Plantain infusion ice
Beneficial features: Relieves irritation of sensitive skin, tightens pores, smoothes wrinkles, helps with sunburn. It is indicated for oily and loose skin with deep wrinkles.
How to cook: Pour 20 g of finely chopped plantain leaves with a glass of boiling water, leave for an hour. Strain, pour into molds and freeze.
Anti-wrinkle ice with essential oils
Beneficial features: Tones, nourishes and moisturizes dry and aging skin.
How to cook: pour a glass of cool water into a bottle. Add 4 drops of sandalwood oil, 3 drops of myrrh oil, 4 drops of pine oil, 5 drops of peppermint oil. Shake well, pour into molds and freeze immediately.
Emollient ice with essential oils
Beneficial features: Smoothes the skin, softens and makes it velvety, nourishes and refreshes.
How to cook: pour a glass of cool water into a bottle. Add 5 drops of rose oil, 2 drops of geranium oil, 2 drops of peppermint oil. Shake well, pour into molds and freeze immediately.
Mint infusion ice
Beneficial features: Cools, soothes and tones the skin. It is indicated for small rashes and redness, smoothes wrinkles, eliminates sclerotic redness of blood vessels.
How to cook: place a glass of fresh mint leaves in a glass dish, pour a glass of boiling water, close tightly. Insist 30-40 minutes. Strain, pour into molds and freeze.
Dandelion juice ice
Beneficial features: Indicated for aging skin. Smoothes deep wrinkles.
How to cook: Pass young leaves and half-open dandelion buds through a meat grinder, squeeze out the juice. Pour 500 ml of juice into 30 ml of alcohol, pour into molds and freeze.
Warm the skin with a hot water compress before use. After the ice massage, lubricate the skin with nourishing cream, sour cream or cream.
Whitening ice from an infusion of a mixture of herbs
Beneficial features: Tightens pores, removes blackheads and age spots, whitens.
How to cook: Mix in equal proportions chamomile flowers, sage grass, calendula flowers and petals, St. John’s wort flowers and leaves, wormwood inflorescences and leaves. 2 tbsp. l. pour 0,5 liters of boiling water into the mixture, leave for 24 hours. Strain, pour into molds and freeze.
Herbal Blend Ice for Dry Skin

How to cook: Mix equal proportions of plantain, parsley, mint leaves, St. John’s wort and chamomile leaves. 2 tbsp. l. pour 0,5 liters of boiling water into the mixture, leave for 2-3 hours. Strain, pour into molds and freeze.
Herbal ice for oily to combination skin
Beneficial features: Tightens pores, whitens, moisturizes, removes oily sheen, tones up.
How to cook: Mix in equal proportions chamomile flowers, leaves and flowers of calendula, Chinese lemongrass, celandine, yarrow. 2 tbsp. l. pour 0,5 liters of boiling water into the mixture, leave for 2-3 hours. Strain, pour into molds and freeze.
St. John’s wort ice
Beneficial features: Shrinks pores, treats acne, has astringent and healing properties, refreshes and tones the skin.
How to cook: 2 tbsp flowers and herbs St. John’s wort pour 1 cup boiling water, leave for 2 hours. Strain, pour into molds and freeze.
Ice made from a mixture of tea and herbs
Beneficial features: Relieves puffiness around the eyes, tones, nourishes.
How to cook: Mix equal proportions of black tea, green tea, chamomile, St. John’s wort. 2 tbsp pour a glass of boiling water, leave for an hour. Strain, pour into molds and freeze.
Milk ice
Beneficial features: Removes bags under the eyes, relieves puffiness, whitens and nourishes the skin of the face.
How to cook: Pour fresh, unboiled non-powdered milk into molds and freeze.
Rice water ice
Beneficial features: Whitens, softens, smoothes the skin and removes toxins from the upper layers of the skin.
How to cook: 2 tbsp. l. boil rice in 500 ml of water without adding salt and spices. Rub boiled rice through a sieve. Cool the resulting broth, pour into molds, freeze.
Orange and Tangerine Peel Ice
Beneficial features: Gives elasticity, restores a healthy complexion, tones, refreshes.
How to cook: Peel the orange and tangerine peel from the white pulp, pour 2 cups of boiling water, leave in a sealed container for 24 hours. Strain, pour into molds and freeze.
Ice from carrot juice
Beneficial features: Tones up, cleanses from acne, restores the skin.
How to cook: Dilute carrot juice with water in a ratio of 1: 3, pour into molds and freeze.
Often this ice cannot be used, as the skin may acquire a yellowish tint.
Cucumber ice
Beneficial features: Whitens, moisturizes, tones the skin of the face.
How to cook: Grate fresh cucumbers, squeeze the juice, pour into molds and freeze.
Citrus Juice Ice
