Correct breakfast, or what can and can not be eaten on an empty stomach

A favorite thing – to sleep longer in the morning – does not leave time for a person for a healthy breakfast. Doctors warn that not all foods can be eaten in the morning. More often than not, breakfast “on the run” is a source of loss of energy, as well as many gastrointestinal diseases.

It is worth considering that a full-fledged meal in the morning may well provide the body with the necessary nutrients, calories and a charge of energy for the whole working day (calorizer). What can you eat in the morning?

And if there is no appetite in the morning, this does not mean that the body does not need nutrients such as proteins and carbohydrates. Doctors recommend that this list include foods such as:

  • dairy and fermented milk (yogurt, cottage cheese or kefir);
  • egg dishes (boiled or fried eggs);
  • various cereals;
  • whole grain or bran bread, toast.

There is a misconception that cereals are high in calories. In this case, it is necessary to remember that cereals serve as a source of energy and nutrients, which are enough for the whole day. If you are planning an active morning – strength training or active work, eat calmly and do not be afraid to add extra pounds. Of course, there are exceptions to any rule. In our case, these are instant cereals. Here they can easily ruin your figure due to the content of a large amount of sugars. If you have a sedentary morning, then have breakfast with cottage cheese or scrambled eggs and toast.

What you can’t eat in the morning?

From this positive note, you need to move on to the list of products, the reception of which in the morning has a very strong effect on our health. So, this list will seem to many painfully familiar and loved foods. After all, many people eat breakfast with them.

 

You can’t have breakfast:

  • fatty, spicy and salty dishes (the digestive organs suffer from the intake of such food) – smoked meats, pork, chicken wings, fried meat, salted fish, homemade pickles and spicy seasonings are categorically not suitable for morning meals;
  • candy and flour products (increase blood sugar) – the fact that you can eat any harmfulness for breakfast is a common misconception that can cost you health;
  • alcohol (awakens the appetite, and we eat more than necessary);
  • coffee (irritates the stomach and can lead to ulcers) – it is categorically impossible to drink coffee on an empty stomach, especially if you have problems with the digestive organs.

Eating bananas on an empty stomach can cause cardiovascular disease, as they disrupt the balance of magnesium and potassium in the body. Many people are used to adding banana to morning porridge, but this is not the best option, since together they create a high glycemic load, for which the body is not ready in the morning.

Many flavors and preservatives contain chips, fast foods, cereals, and instant soups. Foods that have not been heat treated, such as fresh fruits, peppers, garlic, cause stomach problems. Flour products (baked goods), hot sauces and marinades, although they saturate our body, but after a while after them we want to eat much more.

 

Ever since childhood, our parents have constantly repeated that if you want to grow big and healthy, you need to eat well. So why, as adults, we forget about proper and balanced nutrition (calorizator)? Remember that health cannot be bought for money and restored too. Good nutrition is the key to good health.
