The Covid-19 is everywhere. You must of course wash your hands, do not cough or sneeze in the face of the people around you, use hydro-alcoholic gel, but more?
- Wear a mask. The mask filters bacteria and viruses. It is an accessory that has become essential in the fight against Covid-19. It limits the transmission of the virus, which occurs through fine droplets emitted during a discussion, sneezing or expectoration.
- Take off your rings. Indeed, the rings offer little nooks and crannies to viruses and you may wash them, pass them with hydroalcoholic gel, the crevices may have picked up infected droplets. So, even if you are flirtatious (flirtatious?), Take off your rings, all your rings during the epidemic … That’s what nurses in hospital departments do!
- Find cologne or an eau de toilette. In general, it is 70 or 80% alcohol. If you run out of hydroalcoholic gel, it disinfects as well. And besides, it smells good!
- Disinfect your glasses twice a day (or more!). If you wear glasses, you regularly put your hand on them to wind them up, put them back in place. However, when someone coughs in front of you, your glasses are in the front line!
- Protect your hair : Tie your hair up if it’s long, make yourself a bun or a ponytail. And wear a hat, a kerchief if you are confronted with infected people. If you have medium length hair, you put your locks back in place regularly. However, your hair, like your face, is at the level of the famous postilions. The nurses wear protective caps, charlottes.
- Do not pet the animals. Be careful, dogs or cats are not infected with the same coronaviruses as humans. But the virus can remain active for several days. So, after sneezing into his hand, a neighbor strokes a cat that passes to cheer himself up, and you do the same thing as him, you share his viruses …
- Don’t spit on the floor. You might not do it, but too many people still do, for example, sportspeople who jog. When we spit, we suspend droplets of saliva, possibly impregnated with viruses.
- Don’t spit out your gum. Do not stick it under a table, do not throw it on the floor. Well impregnated with saliva, it can be a vector of virus for several days.
- Don’t throw away your cigarette butts on the ground or elsewhere. They are impregnated with saliva and potentially vectors of infection. In the same state of mind, sharing a puff of a cigarette or something else, it’s over! Cigarettes are straight into the trash. (And even better, stop smoking: by the way, smoking is bad in times of coronavirus)
- Your electronic cigarette, don’t leave it lying around. You suck it, suck it, and if it’s prominently on the table, a child or anyone can touch it and spread the virus all over the place.
- Clean the door handles 2 times a day with alcohol between 62 and 71% or hydroalcoholic gel. If you don’t have one, find a bottle of cologne or eau de toilette that will do the trick.
- Clean your phone twice a day in the same way with a paper towel impregnated with alcohol (be careful not to drown it anyway!)
- Clean the handles of your handbag 2 times a day if you take public transport.
- Clean the switches light in the same way, everyone runs their fingers over it.
- Practice opening doors with your left hand (if you are right-handed, with your right hand if you are left-handed). Indeed, we very often carry a hand to the face, to the mouth, to the hair, and it is always our dominant hand. Suddenly, you limit the risks!
