As is clear from the draft regulation, there is no obligation to cover the mouth and nose of children under the age of two.

People who are unable to cover their mouth and nose due to breathing difficulties do not have to wear masks. The order also does not apply to people who are unable to cover and uncover their mouth and nose on their own – we read in the regulation.

Persons in passenger cars who live or manage one car together are also exempt from the obligation.
