– We are introducing relatively minor changes in the first stage of easing – said health minister Adam Niedzielski on Wednesday. The existing rules of the sanitary regime are in force until June 25, but in a few cases, from June 6, the limits will be increased.
What has changed since June 6?
- Events and assemblies will be held up to a limit of 150 people (so far it was 50 people), the organization of spontaneous assemblies is still prohibited,
- occupancy in public transport will be 75 percent. (the order to cover the mouth and nose is still in force),
- the possibility of organizing fairs and exhibitions returns, with a limit of one person per 15 sq m,
- playgrounds for children can operate again, also with a limit of 1 person. for 15 sq m
Do the vaccinated count against the quota?
As announced by the Minister of Health, vaccinated persons will not be included in the limits applicable at events, gatherings or fairs.

– The organizer of the event will be obliged to check whether a given participant of the event is vaccinated and does not count towards the limit. The participant, on the other hand, will be required to prove that he or she has been vaccinated. After June 10, we plan to make the application widely available, which will be a reader that allows you to read the vaccination confirmation directly – added Niedzielski.
On Wednesday, the Ministry of Health announced 664 new cases of COVID-19 infections. The greatest number of cases was recorded in the province. Mazowieckie, Śląskie and Wielkopolskie. 128 people died.
– If we look at the last two weeks, the average number of infections, although we are already at such a low level, below 1000 infections a day, is still very high, at 44-45 percent. In recent weeks, we have permanently observed that this decline was so fast – assessed the data by Minister Niedzielski.
