- oyster mushrooms – 1 kg;
- potatoes – 700 g;
- onion – 3 pcs .;
- mushroom broth – 2 tbsp.;
- hard cheese – 300 g;
- cream 9% fat – 2 tbsp.;
- dry white wine – ½ tbsp.;
- garlic teeth – 5 pcs .;
- vegetable oil;
- salt;
- nutmeg – a pinch;
- ground black pepper – 1 tsp.
Separate the oyster mushrooms into separate mushrooms, cut off the dirt and the remains of the mycelium, wash under the tap and put to boil for 15 minutes.
Drain the water from the mushrooms through a colander and leave to drain all the liquid, let cool and cut into large pieces. Leave 2 tbsp. mushroom broth, which will be needed for our dish.
