The taste of Pina Colada is reminiscent of another famous Caribbean drink – Malibu coconut liqueur. The homemade version is made according to the principle of a cocktail.

Ingredients:

  • white rum (usually Bacardi) – 30 ml;
  • pineapple juice – 30 ml;
  • coconut milk – 30 ml;
  • cocktail cherry – 1 piece;
  • pineapple – 1 slice;
  • ice – 150 grams.

Recipe

1. Mix pre-chilled rum, pineapple juice and coconut milk in a blender.

2. Pour the resulting mixture into a glass with ice.

3. Top with a pineapple wedge and cocktail cherry. You can also add a teaspoon of cream. Cocktail (liquor) is ready to drink. The drink will be a great addition to the final part of any party or celebration.
