Scrub (English to scrub – rub, scrub, clean) – a product based on a liquid emulsion and abrasive particles, designed for mechanical cleansing of the skin.
Even in ancient times, Mediterranean beauties used scrubs based on the most delicate volcanic sand. And the Egyptian queen Cleopatra pampered herself with a peeling of sea salt and almond oil. Sebum, fine dust, sweat gland secretions also partially settle on the surface of the epidermis. To maintain healthy and youthful skin, it is necessary to regularly carry out deeper cleansing.
The scrub, thanks to the abrasive particles contained in it, exfoliates dead cells and deep impurities. Irritation of skin receptors has a stimulating effect on the central nervous system and contributes to its
Please Note! It is best to apply the scrub on thoroughly cleansed, steamed or moisturized skin to soften dead scales. Then the composition is evenly distributed over the face and rubbed in circular movements along the massage lines for 2-3 minutes. Body peeling is applied, going up from the feet to the heart, up the lymph flow. Legs are massaged from the heels upward, the abdomen clockwise, the buttocks from the center to the sides from bottom to top. The procedure is optimal to carry out no more than 1-2 times a week. It is not recommended to use scrubs on sensitive, irritated or freshly shaved skin.
