This is not true, give me new scales, these are broken! ” At 34, I am used to being in good shape and weighing 58–62 kg. But after giving birth, I simply could not look at myself. It was not possible to establish nutrition: I knew how to count calories, fats-proteins-carbohydrates, but then I forgot to do it, then that very laziness rolled over. This went on for 8 or 9 months, until one day I saw how surprised my little daughter was looking at me when I was sorting through things under the code name “someday I will lose weight and put on”.

Looking at myself through the eyes of my daughter, I realized that I could not be proud of such a mother and did not want to be like her. This was the turning point from which my weight loss after childbirth began. I had to figure out all the intricacies of counting proteins-fats-carbohydrates, methodically write down in a food diary everything that was sent to the mouth during the day. Enjoy long walks at a fast pace. Train yourself not to eat after 6 pm, but instead exercise at home after the child’s lights out. In general, boredom is deadly: exercise and proper nutrition – no miracle. But it took 13 kilos in 4 months. Now I weigh 65 kilos, and before my ideal I still have a few extra pounds left to lose. But now I am sure that my daughter will grow up and will be proud of her mother, who was able to overcome fears, dissatisfaction with her appearance, laziness and began to do something in order to be young, beautiful, slim.

– While Masha was very young, we lived in a house without an elevator, so when she got into the elevator, she behaved uneasily. Recently we moved to a new house with four elevators and a bunch of multi-colored buttons. Gradually, the elevator ride became the main entertainment.

Once we go into the elevator, go down for a walk. The daughter runs to the buttons and tries to press the number “1”. The button is pressed, but does not light up – apparently, the bulbs are burned out. Masha turns to me and shouts demandingly: “Baaaaaaa!” I try to reassure my daughter: “The backlight does not work, Masha, it just broke.” “Baaaaaaaaaa!” – the daughter screams. But then, thank God, the first floor happened. Two hours later, returning from a walk, my daughter, already at the entrance to the entrance, muttered under her breath: “Bah! Bah! ” We entered the elevator, pressed the button for the required floor, the button illumination did not light up again. And already by the 5th floor, Masha made a huge scandal. We had to get off on the 6th and walk to the 19th floor. While my daughter was playing, I decided to go back for the stroller. But the elevator turned out to be inoperative! As it turned out, he was stuck between floors. And if not for the daughter’s scandal, perhaps she and I could be in it.

– My life motto is: “If you do nothing, nothing will happen.” A good figure is a way of life, not temporary and rigid diets. During pregnancy, I gained 20 kg, but, despite this, I got in shape very quickly. The main secret is regular exercise and proper nutrition all the time. It just takes time, willpower and patience – and the result will not be long in coming. I believe that our body is a transformer, and everything is always in our hands. Less laziness and more activity!

– We have a family tradition: on weekends we go to the country house. There daughter Vikusya plays with the neighbour’s children, they spend time riding bicycles and running around. And in the evening we will definitely heat the bathhouse, after which we all gather together to drink tea in the gazebo. One warm July evenings after the bath we sat down to drink tea. Vikusya and the guys were vigorously discussing something and did not notice how the neighbor’s dog Tobik, a huge, shaggy black Newfoundland, the friendliest dog in the world, jumped past them and jumped into the pond. He crawled out of the reservoir, covered in mud and mud, simply unrecognizable. And it would be fine if he sneaked into the courtyard just as imperceptibly, but no! He wanted to show off in front of everyone, so he jumped to the middle of the table! This was not the end of the matter: Tobik decided to dust himself off. In a split second, everyone who was sitting at the table, so beautiful and clean, turned into swamp monsters. Vikusya was completely unrecognizable, since she was closest to Tobik. Mud flew into her and hung on her head, and lumps of dirt were smeared all over the dressing gown. No one even had time to come to his senses, and from Tobik and already a trace disappeared. The children came to their senses only after a few seconds, and, looking at each other, burst into wild laughter. Laughing enough, we again went to the bathhouse to wash off all the dirt.

– I was never puzzled by the question of restoring the figure after childbirth, everything somehow worked out by itself. I have such a rhythm of life that sometimes you just forget to eat. Literally six months after each birth, I returned to my 42nd size. Only after the younger twins did I add one size. I believe that an active life position harmonizes everything in life, including the body.

– Sasha, the youngest, is the coolest among us, he is now 4 years old. Recently we were traveling with the whole family to Tyumen, the children fell asleep in the car, after a while Sasha wakes up and says so seriously: “Fireworks are exploding in my hand!” I did not understand him and say: “What are you making up!” And he again: “A strong salute explodes in his hand!” It took me a few minutes to figure out what was going on. It turns out that the child lay down on the pen – it became numb and began to tingle. My husband and I laughed the rest of the way and wondered what kind of associations a child’s mind gives rise to.

– I got into shape after giving birth very quickly, doing exercises at home. I dropped the gained 12 kg after a couple of months.

– Once my parents, me and the child were walking around Odessa. And the son shouted: “Look what a big monkey!” We looked around and saw a black guy next to us. He laughed at us. It was very uncomfortable, but insanely funny. Of course, we apologized and explained to the kid that this was not a monkey, but a black man.

– I’ve always been slim. But the pregnancy took its toll: I gained more than 18 kg and left a little in the hospital – only 5 kg. After giving birth, my husband began to say that it was time for me to lose weight. And I started to lose weight for him. Mostly through sports.

In nutrition, I follow several rules: 1. a glass of water in the morning on an empty stomach; 2. sweet – before lunch; 3. do not eat 2 hours before bedtime; 4. 1,5-2 liters of water per day; 5. stopped eating fatty meat. Now I understand that I am doing it first of all for myself, and not for my husband.

– We chose the name of our daughter long before her birth, and it so happened that we made the right decision. When I entered the family room, the first thing I saw was the curtains with bees. It was a sign – let’s call it Maya.

For Maya, grandfather is the authority. If you need her to put something, but she does not want, then you just have to say that it is a thing of her grandfather – and she immediately puts it in place. Maya also liked picking strawberries. She is 1,4 years old, and she deftly succeeds in it: she looks under the leaves and, if she sees ripe, picks it off.

– Throughout my happy pregnancy (the last one) I went in for sports, mainly yoga. I taught until the 37th week, and at 37th I gave birth to twins. Throughout the pregnancy, I adhered to the correct diet, so I felt at ease and until the end of the term I went to the appointment only once a month. After the caesarean section, I quickly returned to prenatal form. Of course, breastfeeding also contributed to this – she fed for almost a year. 2 months after the operation, I returned to training and began to conduct classes “Mom + baby”. They are very fun and useful for both kids and moms.

– When the twin girls were 11 months old, we bought a sports complex for them and did not think at all that at this age children can freely climb on it. We left the room – silence. We returned, we look: both girls are sitting at the highest place of the complex (1700 cm). They sit and rejoice at their achievement.

But the eldest son, when he was 3 years old, once left the kindergarten home. I came to a similar house, a similar entrance, to the same floor and to a similar apartment (of course, not to my home). Then it was very scary for both the educators and us. But now we remember this and it’s funny – how a small child was able to find an absolutely similar house, namely the 5th floor and the same apartment.

How did you get in shape after giving birth?

– In both my pregnancies, I gained more than 20 kg, which is a lot for my height of 162 cm! I felt like a big hippo, but I knew it was worth it. However, both times I got in shape after a year. To be honest, I am skeptical about diets. Therefore, I just reduced the portions, ate less sweet and starchy foods.

We went swimming with my daughter. Then I did fitball, step, water aerobics in the gym, and after a month I was in my previous form. With my son, the kilograms were more difficult. I fed him longer. I tried to eat balanced. After stopping breastfeeding, I bought an annual membership to a fitness club. I still go to group classes. At this point, I am back in shape.

I would like to advise young mothers after the birth of babies to immediately pull themselves together: walk more with the stroller in the fresh air, do not bury the postpartum depression with rolls with the thoughts “I’m already plump, I’ll eat another one”. You need to pull yourself together, tune in and move in small steps towards the figure of your dreams.

– In the circle of close friends, my husband and I celebrated the seventh wedding anniversary, and one of my friends asked my daughter Nastya a question about her future profession. At that time, she still did not pronounce all the letters, complex words and laughed very fervently. I will describe the dialogue: – Nastya, who do you want to become? – I want to become a ballerina. – And what else? – And also sell ice cream. – And what else? – And dirty potatoes.

And after that she laughed so childishly and heartily that she infected all adults with her sonorous laughter. – I had three births. After the first, I gained 8 kg, so I dropped them quickly. But after the birth of her second son, she began to worry: after gaining 16 kg during pregnancy, I thought that I would not return to my 56 kg. But thanks to proper nutrition and sports, after years I weighed less than I had before pregnancy.

During her third pregnancy, she gained 23 kg. I could hardly look at myself in the mirror. In my wardrobe, there were no things that would suit me, except for leggings and a sweater. In my opinion, the body regenerates itself, gradually. I did not resort to any diets: I ate everything, but little by little. Proper nutrition is the key to success. And, of course, sports. The most important exercise is the abs. After all, it is not at all difficult to do a press exercise once a day. It takes about two minutes, and the result is a flat stomach! During pregnancy, I gained only 8 kg. After giving birth, she immediately lost them.

– My daughter is still small, she is only one and a half years old, but at her age she already knows how to cook buns and knows almost all the words. She will calmly tell her what her name is, what is her last name and how old she is. Mom taught her to tell Lera how old she is. Lerochka remembered – “one”. When the eldest Makar was 3-4 years old, grandmother Luda was engaged in her seedlings. It’s time to plant it in several boxes. She cooked them and went out into the garden herself for just a couple of minutes. Makara left next to the seedlings. Returns: and all the seedlings were pulled out and there was only one small one. When she saw this, she did not have the strength to say anything. Therefore, I decided to go to exotic half-dance dances with strength training. Then I was size 50, and it was wild for me to go there, but I made up my mind. Soon it was time to end breastfeeding and it became easier to control appetite. I revised all my eating habits, removed the excess from the diet, or rather replaced them – cookies with fruits, pasta – with vegetables. I learned to observe the drinking regimen, adjusted the diet, and in 1,5 months at this pace, along with training, I lost 8 kg. Well, professional skills in massage also helped to tighten the skin: anti-cellulite massage of problem areas, honey massage. But there is no limit to perfection, and I do not stop there.

– Once I decided to put a small aquarium so that the children would be interested. While washing the dishes in the kitchen, I hear screams. I see a picture: the older child is holding the lid from the aquarium (he cannot put it back in place), and the younger one drives away a huge cat that drinks water from the aquarium. It turns out that the elder wanted to see how the toy car would float in the aquarium, but it immediately went to the bottom.

– I have been involved in sports all my life, and during pregnancy I went to yoga and swimming. But, despite this, she gained 20 kg. Even in the maternity hospital, the first 10 kg went away by themselves. The remaining 10 had to be thrown off on their own. The child was breastfeeding, so physical activity was undesirable. But I understood that it was necessary to tone the muscles and asked my husband to hang a horizontal bar at home. – Bogdan is 1 year and 4 months old. Summer, we are visiting grandmother. The apartment is on the ground floor, the windows face the courtyard. Bogdan likes to stand on the couch to watch the children play in the yard. They, too, drew attention to the smiling little sun in the window and began waving their hands to him and playing hide and seek. Bogdan laughed and jumped in response. The next day, when we went for a walk with him, Bogdan recognized one of the girls, ran up to her, firmly took her hand and … led her to our house! We decided that our son had decided on the choice of the bride.

– After giving birth, I got in shape thanks to my daughter Nastya – she really loved fresh air, so walking with a stroller was 5-6 hours a day, and sometimes even at night! Because my daughter slept only on the street, and my husband and I went for a walk along the house. My weight before childbirth was 65 kg, and after childbirth it became 60!

– We have funny stories every week! A couple of weeks ago, the children brought home a pigeon with a wounded wing, put it in a box, fed it, drank it, and treated it. And they left to visit grandmother. My husband was still at work when I returned home, not suspecting anything – not a word was said about the pigeon. I did my household chores and sat down to read the book. Then strange sounds were heard from the daughter’s room. Of course, I was scared, but I thought that Nastya had closed the cat in her room. I leave the bedroom and see that our cat is sitting with bulging eyes near the closed door of the nursery and also “does not understand” what kind of sounds are coming from there! Having stopped the trembling in my knees, I opened the door … And then a black shadow flies at me. I screamed! It’s funny to remember now, but at that moment it was terrifyingly scary! The cat leapt under the sofa in panic. Wiping away my tears, I saw this curly miracle. In general, after a couple of days the poor fellow was released. These are my children – they will not pass by someone else’s trouble!

How did you get in shape after giving birth?

– Before pregnancy, I weighed 60 kg, during pregnancy I gained 33 kg. After giving birth, the weight stopped at around 88 kg. But this did not suit me fundamentally, I studied the entire Internet, learning what procedures can be done to “nursing” mothers. I read about LPG massage, found a clinic where it is done, and for three months took up my weight tightly: every day I walked 10 km in the park with a stroller (I put a pedometer on my phone), 3 times a week – LPG massage, drank a lot of water … At the same time, she ate a balanced diet. And literally a month later I saw the first results – the weight began to decrease significantly. But I wanted to be as slim as before pregnancy.
