Despite the ban on drinking alcohol in public places in Russia, the manufacturer advertises Provodnitsa as travel vodka. The label depicts a conductor looking out the window and the slogan “For sincere conversations under the sound of wheels.” For the first time, vodka appeared on the shelves of Russian stores in November 2016.
The brand belongs to the Russian company PREMIUM SPIRITS founded in St. Petersburg in 2015. The main production of the company was acquired in 2016 from the Veda company a small plant in Kingisepp, where 4 million decaliters of alcohol per year are produced and bottled using modern equipment.
The first trademark PREMIUM SPIRITS bought from the Moscow Inter-Republican Winery (MMVZ), this is Flagman vodka with the slogan “Keep the course!”. Then they created and registered 6 more trademarks, the distinguishing feature of which is the original names with a play on words and bright characteristics in the slogans: “Reindeer breeder” – “Severe in appearance and soft in taste”, “Office” – “Because there is such a profession”, “Watch” – “Your vodka by right” and others.
In 2017, the company presented itself and its branded case at the ProdExpo exhibition for the first time. And in 2018, at ProdExpo, they presented the “Flagman” in a new design, held about seventy meetings with distribution partners and equipment suppliers, which indicates global plans for the development of the company. In a blog on their website, company representatives note that during the exhibition, visitors drank more than three thousand cocktails based on Flagman vodka, and they tend to consider this fact as a success of the drink.
Types of vodka “Conductor”
“Conductor” (40%). In the list of ingredients on the blue label of the bottle, in addition to softened and purified water and “luxury” alcohol, alcohol infusions of raisins, lemon and black tea are indicated. A clear drink smells pleasantly of lemon zest. The taste is soft, classic. Vodka is served chilled to +5-6 °C with hot and cold dishes of Russian cuisine, with meat snacks, pickles, vegetable salads.
“Conductor Soft” (40%). Unlike “Provodnitsa”, the label of the bottle with a softer drink is red. The reverse side lists the ingredients – alcohol infusions of lemon, figs and white tea. The drink has a delicate aroma with notes of lemon and a mild taste with a hint of figs. Serve vodka chilled to +5-6 °C. It goes well with Russian and European cuisine, with vegetable salads, pickles and meats.
