This article contains notes useful for the leader of the Distance: what are the main parts of the Distance lesson, the forms of work, the content of the work and a list of exercises that help productively conduct classes with distance students.

Spatial organization of work: 1) in a general circle at the table, 2) in m-groups (triples-fours), 3) in a general standing circle (physical warm-up), 4) free meetings (farewell).

What’s happening? — Work with content or work with form. With content: a story about successes in life or in the Distance, practicing exercises, discussing methodological issues. Work with the form: we follow the living face, the nods of listening, we train the thesis of speech, vivacity of intonation, the degree of drive, remove excuses and everything superfluous. Also: practicing calm presence.

Warming up: in the general circle. Viewing the rating of students on the Distance, students evaluate their work over the past week on a 10-point scale.

Warm-up: in the general circle, Successes for the week. Success for a month (or more). Goals for the Distance as a whole, how much you need to do. Personal goals for the year

Format of work: The host sets the format of the speech: bright, beautiful and efficient, scheme: difficulties and how I solved them. Everything is positive! The student speaks, the presenter corrects according to the format given by him. Practice in the exercise «keep the interlocutor.»

After working in pairs or threes for 20 minutes: Talk about your successes in a positive way.

Informative discussion of the work on the exercises: in the general circle. For example, Working out «Total Yes». Participants share findings or difficult tasks during the exercise.

Or: Protection exercises. Participants rate themselves on a scale of 10 on how joyfully they can defend the exercise.

Students perform. The facilitator corrects the format and scheme. Discussion of the features of the exercises (Royal Posture, Copying the gait. I do not argue. Ability to listen. Designation of Intentions). The facilitator offers a communication training in PSD format to two students. The topic of discussion is the “We” family. The facilitator corrects the level of the thesis of speech.

Exercise Protection: in threes-fours, 20 minutes.

Discussing plans for next week: in the general circle, 40 minutes. Everyone names three exercises for the next week and evaluates on a 10-point scale the success that he will receive next week.
