Condensed milk mixes wonderfully with sour cream or butter, turning into the most delicate butter cream, which is much softer than ordinary butter cream whipped with sugar.
Sweet condensed milk cream is great for making custard cakes, biscuit homemade cakes, and on its basis you can make delicious cookies or fragrant waffles. Also suitable for making cream and boiled condensed milk. It is prepared quite simply and quickly, and the result will delight any sweet tooth.
Condensed milk cream at home
To make the right cream from condensed milk yourself, take: – 200 grams of butter; – 200 grams of condensed milk; – 300 grams of walnut kernels.
Finely chop the walnut kernels with a sharp knife. Condensed milk and butter should be well ground in a mortar – until completely homogeneous. If you wish, you can beat the sweet mass a little with a mixer.
If you use boiled condensed milk, you can add whipped cream (about 200 g) to it – such a cream holds its shape well and has a delicate texture. The result is an exquisite culinary tandem
Add finely chopped nuts to the mass of condensed milk and butter. Mix the ingredients thoroughly. Condensed milk cream is ready, let it thicken – and you can grease a cake or cookies with it.
Delicate cream of condensed milk and sour cream
How to properly prepare sweet sour cream from condensed milk? Very simple. To prepare it, you will need: – half a can of ordinary or boiled (until light brown) condensed milk; – 200 grams of butter; – 200 grams of thick sour cream; – 300 grams of chopped walnuts.
You need to prepare a delicate sour cream as follows: thoroughly beat the condensed milk with softened butter until smooth. Make sure that there are no lumps of butter left in the mass. Then add sour cream to the mixture and beat all the ingredients with a mixer.
For the butter to grind better, remove it from the refrigerator beforehand – this will bring it to room temperature and become more pliable.
After the condensed milk, butter and sour cream are well whipped, add chopped walnuts to the cream and mix the sweet mass thoroughly. Sour cream with condensed milk is ready – you can spread biscuit cakes with it or cook the most delicate custard cakes with it. The whipped cream will not spoil the dish.
