Life hacks: how to hide pores with cosmetics
There are several ways to reduce the visibility of pores before and after applying foundation.
Clay mask. After washing, apply the composition to the T-zone – the clay will absorb excess sebum and the cleaned pores will appear smaller. Don’t forget toner and moisturizer after you wash off the mask.
Makeup base. A primer with silicone will fill in pores and help smooth out the nervousness.
There is a technique that involves applying a thin layer of transparent loose powder to oily skin instead of a primer. Powder particles will settle in the pores, smoothing the skin texture, and will absorb sebum throughout the day.
If you go too far with matting, sprinkle your face with a mist or thermal water and lightly “press” with clean palms or a tissue.
After applying foundation and powder, mark the protruding areas of the cheekbones with a highlighter. Light effects will divert attention from imperfections.
