Compensation for kindergarten: parental fee, documents, accrual
Kindergarten compensation is due to all parents whose children attend kindergarten. Moreover, its size can be different. At the same time, orphans, disabled people and children with tuberculosis attend kindergarten free of charge.
To receive accruals, you need to know some rules, as well as fill out the necessary documents.
Kindergarten compensation is available to all parents whose children attend kindergarten.
Everyone can receive a refund, and the amount of refund depends on the parent’s monthly payment for the kindergarten and on the number of children.
- If only one child goes to the kindergarten, then the amount of compensation is 20%.
- If there are two, then 50%.
- If three, then 70%.
To receive a 70% refund, it is important that the children are minors or full-time at university.
If you have two kids, but so far only one of them is attending the kindergarten, then the amount of the payment will be 20%, it will increase to 50% only when you send the second child to the kindergarten. Moreover, the amount of compensation will be calculated from the parental payment for the second child.
Poor families may also receive additional benefits.
How compensation is calculated
The final amount of compensation depends on how much the parents pay for the kindergarten. To calculate this amount, do the following:
- See how much you pay monthly for the kindergarten.
- Divide this amount by the number of working days in a given month. Thus, you will receive the price of one day spent by the child in the kindergarten.
- Multiply this amount by the number of days your child spent in kindergarten. Do not count the days when he was sick or missed, they are not paid if you provide a certificate.
- Calculate 20, 50 or 70 percent of this amount.
This will tell you the amount you should receive in compensation.
For example, parental pay per month is 1800 rubles. There were 20 working days in a month.
- Divide 1800 by 20 and get 90. That is how much it costs one day in the garden.
- Then we multiply by the actual number of days the child was in kindergarten. 90 times 15 to get 1350.
- We calculate 20% of the received amount and get 270 rubles.
This is the amount of the payment you will receive.
In order to write an application for receiving payments, you will need the following documents:
- An application from the parent who pays the monthly payment for the kindergarten.
- A photocopy of the passport.
- Child’s birth certificate. If there are several of them, then you need a certificate of family composition.
- Details of the card or account to which money will be transferred to you.
You can submit this application to the accounting department of the kindergarten or to the director. Make sure that the date of your application is recorded in a special journal.
After submitting the documents, the kindergarten must carry out the following actions:
- When you have given the papers, they must be certified;
- Then the kindergarten forms a list of all who submitted such an application;
- After that, the list is transferred to the appropriate authorities;
- When the lists are transferred to these bodies, payments will begin to be charged to you;
- Compensation lists must be resubmitted every quarter.
Do not forget to apply again every three months, because in the kindergarten you may not be told about this.
Compensation for kindergarten for the first child is 20%, for the second 50%, for the third 70%.
It is important to know that you can receive such payments, because in a preschool institution they may simply not be warned about this. If your older children have reached the age of 18, but are studying at the university, and the third child is in your kindergarten, then the older child can take a certificate from studies so that the compensation is 70%.
Know your rights and use it. Remember to write your application every three months. If payments suddenly stopped, then go to the director and find out what the matter is. Also, do not be afraid to call the appropriate authorities, because fraud can occur in kindergartens.
