Communication of professional communicators.

Communicator is a person who influences communication partners in a targeted and appropriate way, choosing actions, words, intonations and formulations in order to get the desired reaction or answer. The communicator enters into communication, having his own, defined and pre-formulated goals. The opposite type of the communicator is a simple person who acts without a goal, for a reason, according to the “because” principle.
In business, communicators are in demand; in everyday communication, ordinary people are more loved. In everyday communication, people simply communicate without setting specific goals and without achieving pre-set goals from the interlocutor. People do not like those who are clearly different from them, and a person who has predetermined goals in communication and consistently achieves what he needs from his interlocutor often receives the negative label of a manipulator.
However, it is wrong to identify the communicator and the manipulator, the manipulator is only one of the varieties of the communicator. The manipulator acts covertly, while the communicator chooses his tactics according to the situation. When the desired result can be obtained through open and direct interaction, the communicator will act directly and openly. If it is more effective in a particular situation to act more covertly, using detours, the communicator will take detours. Nothing personal, just performance.
Naturally, the communicator is prepared for the fact that his partner will act in the same way, and such covert actions, although by definition they are manipulations, do not qualify in a business environment. Simply professional. However, communication has its own code of ethics, and gee, dirty manipulation in the business environment is not welcome either.
