Urban Decay are my favorites for eye makeup. I love experimenting with bright hues and summer is the perfect time to do that. Pair a dress or a manicure with a blue pencil? No problem.

I was satisfied with the cream pencil with its ease of application and durability. I tested all pencils without an eye makeup base.

The bright shade with a metallic sheen lasted perfectly all day long. The only thing is that the pencil needs to be washed off with a waterproof makeup remover.

Dry mineral pencil eyeshadow with an unusual dispenser attracted attention at first sight. You need to open the product carefully: the cap with the product itself is made as if on a spring and just strives to pop out of your hands.

Mystical should be applied gently due to the fact that it has an eyeshadow structure and crumbles easily. I liked that two shades are collected in one tool, it is very economical and convenient to use.

The purple hue is the color that just sounds scary. From probably more than 50 shades of lilac-purple, any girl with different hair, eyes and face colors can choose her ideal one.

The shimmery Chanel eyeshadow pencil is easy to apply despite the thick lead: the thick, but graceful arrow is perfect for me. The soft pencil surprised me with its durability: the whole day, without applying a base for makeup, STYLO EYESHADOW lasted perfectly, and before going to bed without problems and thorough rubbing, it was erased with a tonic.

For many years a sincere love for pastel shades and, in particular, lilac has been living in me. Try a pencil of such a bright and unusual shade? No problem. In the last review, I already explained that you should not be afraid of purple: the shade looks great on the eyes, hair and even lips!

Double-sided pencil with blending applicator is applied in one stroke, without spreading or leaving marks on the upper eyelid. It can be used as a pencil and as a shadow, blending the shade all over the eyelid. I am completely satisfied with the Pupa pencil.

I have long wanted to try some vigorous eyeliner shade. The most infernal of those presented for testing seemed to me pink Woodstock from Urban Decay.

The shade turned out to be saturated, with a slight shimmer, although the color seemed brighter to me in the package. It is easy to apply, but I did not succeed in drawing a thin tail at the arrow: the pencil is quite soft. I liked that it is not smeared during the day, and in the evening it can be easily removed with micellar water.

The next bright shade I tried was NYX’s Vivid Blue.

I think its main advantage is its color: very rich and absolutely matte. Frankly, at first I was worried that he would look like the favorite shadows of a Soviet saleswoman, but no. The pencil is quite hard and sharp – you can draw any, even the thinnest arrow. It can be removed a little more difficult than the previous one from Urban Decay, it is most comfortable to wash it off with oil make-up removers.

I never knew before how beautiful colored arrows look. With the Smashbox colored pencil, I can now easily create striking images. I chose a neptune pencil (navy blue with glitter).

Bright eyeliners are what I have always considered bad taste. But fashion dictates its own rules. This year, any fashionista should have a blue pencil in her cosmetic bag. In applying bright eyeliners, the main thing is that the hand does not flinch.

However, it is almost impossible to spoil the makeup with the Master kajar pencil. The creamy liner literally glides over the eyelid, leaving a perfectly straight line behind. The remedy is as persistent as needed. It does not get imprinted on the skin and is easily removed.

The ONE khaki eyeliner is perfect for those with emerald eyes. The line turns out to be smooth, clear, velvety. The color is saturated. Does not spread, but by the evening it requires correction. Otherwise, the makeup will seem … not perfect enough (!) This pencil is ideal for creating expressive depth of eyes all day long.

In fact, I started using eyeliners recently. I tried to paint up the arrow a couple of times in my distant youth, but I was disappointed with the result and excluded this element of decorative cosmetics from my arsenal.

However, just a year ago, I needed to do my makeup in retro style, and of course my choice fell on arrows. Therefore, having somehow suffered, I learned how to draw quite bearable arrows, which even gave a certain charm to the whole image.

I came across a soft pencil of deep azure color for testing, which I was incredibly happy about. I have always dreamed of trying colored arrows, which, by the way, are a new trend for spring-summer 2015. Pencil L’oreal Paris is easy to apply, leaving a graceful thin arrow of saturated color.

Moreover, a clear line will be obtained the first time, the pencil glides gently along the eyelid without scratching or causing irritation. It is just as soft and easy to shade. Another plus: Color Riche Le Khol, L’oreal Paris lasted the whole day without smearing, and in the evening it was easily washed off without streaks with a regular gel for washing. I didn’t even have to rub hard or use special makeup removers.
